Last time I was in DC a security type told me there were something like 17 police forces, with arrest powers, stationed in DC. You would think it would be a very, very safe city – especially as it is also a well-deserved U.S. tourist mecca.
Do Canada’s taxpayers get any value from the “sale” (of Trans Mountain) such as for instance, a guarantee of right of transport through this and or other potential resource corridors through participating band’s “traditional territories”?
