This is just the voice of an ordinary Canadian yelling back at the radio -

I much prefer Colter over Corb, but so goes taste.

Not a country fan but good for him
He has helped reinvigorate my interest in “western” music as I have hated country music all my life despite being a redneck. My dad used to listen to western music when I was a kid in the 70s on 8-track.
There are also a few American guys doing amazing new “mountain” music a la Steve Earle.
Look up Tyler Childers, Matt Heckler or Arlo McKinley.
Colter is awesome!! checkout any of his ‘Brewery Session’ tracks. As mentioned earlier, Matt Heckler is great, Benjamin Tod, Sierra Ferrell, or Willi Carlisle are good new..ish “alt” country type artist.
