  1. And the vile, Cockroach governments tell us that inflation is running at 6.7% annually, LOL.
And it would be 6.7% annually if the only index you were using was mushrooms !!!

    1. THe Basket of Goods dodge constantly changes on the theory by the government that people while make changes to their purchases, without actually asking people what they are buying

  2. Notice that the 3 marketing board commodities – milk, eggs and butter – are in the top four. Despite the CWB being gone, there are still tariff rate quotas on cereal grains and their products.

    1. Mike, it is not very obvious from the graphic that this is a British study. However I believe if our canaduh government did a similar study (some hope that they would produce something useful) then the numbers would not be distinctly different and your comments would be valid.
In lower mainland BC milk now $6.09/4litres-thank you Saputo, (or should that be Librano,) Quebec, meanwhile 20 miles away in USA US$2.09/USgallon, butter is correspondingly expensive, eggs we are asked to believe are so expensive due to bird flu culls.
Officially canaduh food inflation is a mere 9.7% according to justinflation sycophants, my pocketbook says it is a minimum 20%.
