Why this blog?
Until this moment I have been forced to listen while media and politicians alike have told me "what Canadians think". In all that time they never once asked.
This is just the voice of an ordinary Canadian yelling back at the radio -
"You don't speak for me."

The war against private vehicles and the right to choose will get dirtier and and nastier.
Suburban moms getting groceries or driving their half-wit spawn around in February aren’t going to put up with urban twats telling them how they have to transport themselves, their kids and their goodies.
Hair pulling and twat boxing are in the future.
Add in some mud wrestling and I’ll watch.
Re the Biden Empire strikes back: has Biden deployed the IRS?
It’s laughable to think that operators & service companies can turn on a dime after 7 years of scuttling inventory and personnel. In addition they are forced to deal with the mindboggling array of mandatory regulations from environment to safety most of which is bureaucratic red tape and always costly.
Yes if Oil & Gas demand and price remains high it’ll get there, but like turning the Titanic it won’t happen overnight. Some forward thinking and listening to the O&G experts in the first place would have made a difference.
Lots of people with the required skills have left the industry, which means spinning back up will take years, assuming you can find the bodies willing to accept the working conditions.

Outrage? Where is it? The millennials and the generation coming up behind them don’t give two f%$ks about what is occurring. They are only concerned about the latest technological gadget, the newest video game or the latest ploy for self gratification. This “It is never their fault” generation have no clue to current affairs nor have any interest in them. I was very depressed after asking some teen about the importance of June 6th. He had no clue and his parent told me of what importance does a date have to do with his sense of well being and self importance.
Eee gads!
This constant and growing trend to rename familiar places into languages with different characters, or different usage of familiar characters, is crazy. It’s like assigning a name in Chinese characters and expecting people to learn them. Maybe the people living in that neighbourhood will learn the name, but it won’t be usable outside, for example if the town, river, school or whatever were to merit mention in the national press.
Anyone except the true Woke or the Indoctrinated who remembers the old name for the Sir Matthew Begbie Elementary School will continue to use it. Others will call it the “Hastings school with the unpronounceable Indian name, you know, the one that starts with WAKy””. Or maybe just “The Wacky school”.
“It’s like assigning a name in Chinese characters and expecting people to learn them.”
Head south of Flathead Lake in northern Montana on 93, you’ll pass through the Flathead Indian Reservation where the small communities have started posting road signs with the approved Indian version of the town name. Seeing as they had no written language of their own, it’s all transliterated, and lengthy.
transliteration is better than wingdings

Just clear your throat. Lib-tards will call you exalted.
“”Electric vehicles are large engineered objects that require a lot of metal, they require a lot of components that are shipped all over the place,” he said. “There’s a lot of mining and processing of minerals required to make the components, so it’s not an environmental panacea by any stretch of the imagination.””

“hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓”. I am sure that was how they wrote it before the genocidal white man came.
Rex Murphy and Blacklocks hit it out of the park as always. The expulsion of Blacklocks simply shows why most Canadians have nothing to do with the fraud that the Lamestream Media has become in Canada.
Ref: bought and paid for banks/credit unions.
To my knowledge the Bank of NS is the only one that has issued an apology (of sorts) for abandoning its fiduciary duties and moral obligations to its clients. And we damned well know that this was because it feared financial repercussions, not because it had experienced an on-the-road-to-Damascus moment.
Pronoun badges? If anyone asks me I tell them I identify as a rhinoceros and my personal pronoun is “Your grand exhalted royal majesty, arch-grand commander of all thing on earth and in heaven”. Just dying to see them fit that on a badge.
