If I had escalated any of the dozens of situations I faced when I was deployed with the CAF, and if I had ignored the graduated rules of engagement the Canadian government forced me to follow, and if I had not bothered to make every effort to de-escalate the situation by non-confrontational and non-violent means, the Canadian government would have charged me and sent me to jail. But these very same assholes can ignore those rules when it suits them – against their own citizens. Rex was right in his criticism and its no wonder that we hate them.

As the flag waver was just outside the hotel where the police had their headquarters, I just assumed it was a setup. Sorry, could not find the link

    The government won’t need tanks when we have all been disarmed. Evidently there were too many Canadians that refused the Jabby-jab, indicating to the Liberals that they needed to implement more draconian measures to avoid the next truckers convoy.

    In closing I’d like to thank all of the pot smokers for voting for Trudeau. When the smoke finally clears and you realize what you have done, don’t come crying or bitching to me. As for my American cousins I would caution you to be wary of legalizing weed. In the short term it removes your ability to think critically, which means in the long run you are more susceptible to vote for the liars that are destroying your country. The 2020 election you were assured that was safe and secure was as safe and secure as the injections were safe and effective.

    1. I will post this anonymously, because I have a PAL/RPAL application in process, and I trust Kate to not release my email. I really suspect that the government’s increasingly draconian restrictions on citizens possessing firearms is actually meant to promote some (up until now) law abiding gun owner to snap and to take out some (or several) liberal politician(s), giving them the excuse to tighten the thumbscrews even more. When guns are criminalized, only criminals will have guns.
