Here’s a little anecdote:
Town puts in a bid for a fence.
1st bidder bids $1000 and 10 days.

IIRC, Pfizer’s main phase 3 clinical trial was conducted from September 2020 to March 2021, and published on 28th July 2021 (which is long after the product went to market).
So it is true to say that the product was not tested before going to market.
IIRC clinical trials were scheduled to complete in 2023, but this has been postponed to 2024. So the product will have been on the market for 3 years or more before clinical trials are completed. AFAIK the data underpinning the clinical trial published on 28th July 2021 has not been made available.
why would it be made available, it is “confidential” and will never see the light of day until it comes out in a court case.
