What we are talking about is Carbon Dioxide, a clear, colorless, odorless gas that comprises 0.04% of the atmosphere. We could double the amount of CO2 in the air, and it would make no difference.
And as any Grade 5 student would have been able to tell you back when we had an education system, we exhale it every time we breath, and plants inhale it every day to create growth. Not just trees – grain crops, grass, etc.

While I’m happy to see the sask party standing up against federal intrusion, I’m not sure that they go far enough. We already have a clean, ethical, profitable energy industry that is contributing to our well being but we keep throwing money at renewables with the hope that something might stick and actually work. The feds have repeatedly shown us that whatever virtue signalling climate initiative we invest in won’t be credited to us anyway so why do we keep doing it? Why do we keep building windmills so we can tear them down after 20 years? The only people making a return on that fiasco is the companies that build them, and sask power customers pay for without any choice in the matter.
The government excels at pouring money into bottomless pits while the taxpayers cover their losses. Our provincial government need to be getting out of the way of progress instead of pretending to be at the lead.
