      Dr Peterson, we love you, but you will get railroaded with this. The courts in Canada are Liberal Party policy machines, stacked with Liberal Party hacks. It’s why Canada is a third world ****hole now.

    1. The damage will be that Peterson has to spend time & resources defending himself from this drivel, and the man hasn’t exactly been the pinnacle of health in recent years. A wiser course of action might’ve been to backtrack on the word “corrupt” and use a different one in its place, even though Peterson did at least attempt to say his use of the word was not intended as a comment on the pest’s use of his public office.

      What’s everyone’s bet on how much longer until Peterson gets a Twitter timeout?

        Then disclosure, I suspect, won’t go well for Gerald. Besides it’ll take years to wind it’s way through the courts and the laywers will be the only ones who win.

  16. I went bolt upright when I read one of the Buttster’s tweets.
    He defended himself by saying he wasn’t corrupt because he enjoyed no personal gain. Surely Butts knows that you can be utterly, irredeemably corrupt without incurring any personal $ or in kind gain. Tho admittedly that would be most rare. In fact everything we do, even in a remote sense, is for personal gain. It is how we were made, and is the reason that socialism always fails and has to fail.

    2. Corruption does not require the perpetrator to be malicious, the deciding factor is if they have tried to circumvent the rules or laws they where required to follow.
      Has Butts ever tried to circumvent the rules, even if after being caught use the defence “it was for a good cause” excuse?
      The only thing that Butts is using as a defence is the substance of the implication that he can’t be corrupted.
      This goes back to a previous question.
      How would the trial go if JWR was called as a character witness?
