This empire will collapse. Unlike those that came before it, no barbarians with a greater command of common sense are on the horizon and ready to rebuild on its ruins.
What is increasingly unclear is whether human extinction is merely an easily predictable side effect of globalism (easily predictable to anybody who thinks farther ahead than next quarter’s profit-loss statement, anyway) or the key objective.
