On the bright side, we have personal knowledge of a German educated, fluently English (along with three other languages) speaking Muslim (in name only) and his matching family who are refugees. He told me that during his recent orientation a nice lady there was really pushing hard for everyone to go to Quebec. Since most of them don’t speak either English or French and know nothing about Canada, they are happily following the advice of the nice lady.
