The latest announcement of more money for Indians, had to be moved to another building because it was going to be held in a building named after our first prime minister. A member of Big Chief Gay Eagle’s cabinet didn’t feel comfortable meeting there. Another day on Turtle Island.

And the insanity continues to grow.
There is not enough Laxatives and Enema’s in the world to purge all this shit.
Call on Miss Kate for Asteroids or Class 9 earthquakes etc.
Further proof that our government is illegitimate. If the ministers aren’t incompetent, they’re corrupt. If they’re not corrupt, they’re insane. If they’re not insane, they’re treasonous.
Most of them appear to be a combination of that.
That’s weird, considering that Big Chief Gay Eagle’s nominal father himself oversaw the native genocide for 15 years.
With the Liberals having ruled Canada for almost seventy years in the 20th century, they all have a lot of blood on their hands.
Someone really should make the public more aware of that.
The Residential schools were part of the demands made by indigenous leaders in order to settle treaties. Insisted on. They found graves in graveyards, Canadians wept.
Oh, I know that. But if Justin is going to blood libel all of us and say that all Canadians are genocidal racists – doesn’t he say that Canada is a fundamentally racist country? – then we need to turn that around and hold the party that was running things for most of that time to account.
If someone points out that the supposed genocide was pretty much Liberal policy, then perhaps the ruling elites would shut up about it.
Why so timid?
During the 1800’s this policy never raised eyebrows and would have been implemented no matter if the government was liberal or conservative.
The real “crime” would be those who where in power much more recently say in the 1960’s and 70’s.
And if it can be narrowed down to specific individuals let’s restrict responsibility to the Prime Ministers and ministers responsible (Indian Affairs and Justice)
So you could say that any individual that held any of those portfolios within that time period would carry far more responsibility for this genocide when public opinion has turned against it rather than when it was accepted practice.
So, who held most of those portfolios in that time line?
That would be the prime suspect.
when will the government of Canada under Trudeau answer for the continuation of residential schools by the Government of Canada under Trudeau?
It’ll be an apology by Prinz Dummkopf, along with the usual phony tears.
Wait. What? They didn’t discover “mass graves”? Did I miss that retraction on page 9?
do you have any links to this?
Been doing some historical research and I have a theory this “hatred” began well back in the 1700’s.
It’s mutated and been revised countless times but it’s served it’s purpose to stifle growth on the North American continent for some time.
This is just one modern apparition of it.
Canada doesn’t have enough blacks, so the left has to abuse and manipulate our native Indians for political gain, instead. But, they have the same problem as their southern counterparts, there just isn’t enough real racism going around so they need to invent and embellish it wherever they can.
The fact both these struggling groups still faithfully vote Lib/Dem shows just how effective regularly greasing their Chiefs and Reverends has been.
Oh, and we can take some solace in the fact that the left hate themselves almost as much as they hate us.
Do you remember the times when at work meeting they told you that no idea is stupid?
Yeah, that was in preparation for today.
The bureaucracy is getting paid to do stuff, whatever stuff, just come up with some bullshit or you are out of a job.
Since they hire only the brightest relatives, the country suffers.
Stupid rules the day and there is no one to stop it.
The only comment to our chicken shit P.M. is “what in the hell are you afraid of”. you are nothing but a coward and a disgrace as a P.M. (sorry for the bad language but can not express my disgust in any other way).
How much longer will MacDonalds still be serving burgers in Canada? Don’t they need a name change as urgently as The Washington Football Team?
Maybe name it MacFloyd’s? Especially since they might have been the prime contributors to his cardiac arrest.
It took me a minute to understand you were referring to “MacDonald’s” and not “burgers”. Why, I thought, would lefties have a problem with the German merchant middle cla-
Ohhhhhhh.
So beggars can be chosers…
As I posted in Tips, a lot of Indians are fed up with this bullshit. They want to live in the real world, but hate-filled Liberals and Grievance Industry Indians have an agenda.
I’ve known about half a dozen status Indians well enough to discuss this issue without risking shrieking accusations of yteness, and every one of them has been frank about getting off the rez and off the band welfare being the only way for an Indian to succeed in Canada. Now, two of them did make use of the free tuition thing but at least they chose practical, lucrative jobs – one of them is a sous-chef and the other leads a city works maintenance crew. All of them considered the Indians who voluntarily stay on the rez selling cigarettes or living off the band council to be the equivalent of white trash.
Then they must openly demonstrate or they will be sucked under the gravy train.
They apparently don’t realize that Liberal PM Alexander Mackenzie passed the Indian Act and every PM except Harper and Shithead were in the cabinet of a government running residential schools.
The current situation under the Indian Act provides two golden opportunities: on one hand, the Indians receive billions in free money, on the other hand, they can complain and riot over any real or perceived government transgression. In his latest memoirs, “My Stories, My Times” (Random House Canada, 2018) Jean Chretien recalls how Pierre Trudeau’s government tried to improve the situation. Chapter 19 describes Chretien’s consultations with Indian chiefs who complained about various problems and mistreatment. This was the result:
“At the end of these long consultations, we published a White Paper that landed like a bomb. The idea that foreigners, a good many Canadians, and the Indians themselves might see in the reserve system a form of apartheid was absolutely unacceptable to Prime Minister Trudeau, to me, and to the entire cabinet. And so to be consistent, we had to abolish the Indian Act and the corresponding ministry. We had to return reserve lands to the Indigenous people, and in short, give them exactly the same rights as all other Canadian citizens. When I announced these new policies to the most important chiefs, they were open-mouthed. All I was doing was accepting their traditional demands, but… A few days later, in the name of all the Indians, a young, very articulate chief from Alberta, Harold Cardinal, brushed aside our White Paper, accusing us of wanting to commit cultural genocide. “What we want is not for you to change the legal system, whatever its name. We want more services, more schools, more medical services, more economic development; all that coming from the federal government alone. Equality is not what we want.” And so we retreated, but no one in the world can say that today we are imposing an apartheid system on the indigenous peoples of Canada. What we have provided is what they wanted at the time.”
This is not surprising, but I still think that if Trudeau was sincere, he could have pushed with the changes with little resistance. Today, the system is in such deep decay that nobody wants to touch the status quo.
There would be no Canada to hate were it not for Sir John A. Macdonald.
