Finally got around to watching this one tonight. All the good things I’d heard about it where accurate. Very good movie.

The only reason I expect Hollywood to give a damn about the Ukrainian famine is that they think it’s a way of making the Russia of Vladimir Putin look bad.

Before Walter Duranty, there was John Reed. Reed was sympathetic to the Bolshies and his story was presented in that dreadful Warren Beatty movie of some 40 years ago, Reds.
Reed was buried in the Kremlin wall.
