  5. That is like charging tax on an original price when an item is on sale. Should be illegal. Also, those getting discounts most often work in retail — not the highest paid sector. So much for supporting “the middle class”. Next they will raise the GST. I am sure they will. Parliamentary restaurant is subsidized. Ordinary people can’t get in. Will they be charging Parliamentarians for this extra perk?

    Anyone can lose an election if there is a confluence of the necessary events. To beat PM Sock puppet the conditions have to exist where good looks and fashion don’t motivate the voters that show up at the polls, and objective facts do.
    It’s just a matter of finding out what those events are and helping them happen.

    I’m sure there’s so much magic in that surname that if the Liberals ran a stuffed toy animal (a unicorn, maybe?) named Trudeau as its candidate for PM, southern Ontario and southern Quebec would vote it into office with an overwhelming majority.     Put the onus on his campaign to demonstrate how pretentiousness is a necessary requirement to be PM.
    The two attributes are of a subjective nature and like any transient or fashionable trend time is not on his side.
    This is not advocating for a campaign to out trudeau trudeau, it’s a strategy of making it unimportant to the majority of voters.

The fact that the ads are being “discovered” … yet not shown … begs multiple questions.

    Vote out the restaurant owner, put him out of business. It’s not enough to refuse to deal with him. It’s all good to him, less work, same pay.
