  2. A restaurant in Edmonton thought that they could do away with tipping and pay their servers $20 an hour. Their experiment lasted for only a year as servers found they could make more money from tips.

    Fox said it’s hard to make plans while working for tips, because the income fluctuates so much, depending on how busy the restaurant is. After several months working at Café​ Linnea, he also found he was making less money than if he were receiving tips.
    “I think that the wage ended up working out to be like … an average of what one might expect to make on a slow night, but it didn’t adequately make up for the busy nights.”

  3. I am guessing that is what sort of happened. He is 12, he just figured out that the girls in his class are changing and he likes how they look. Probably also figured out how to use his own equipment. Good for him.
    As for the “doctor” that “diagnosed” him as Napoleon, that “doctor” should loose his license and … in a just society… legally…. I’ll just leave it at that.
