I have been saying all along that there is a cold civil war going on, but a coup attempt may be more accurate.
The Trump administration has to take this to the supreme court as soon as their nominee is appointed, and they have to expedite that appointment. A message needs to be sent to the judiciary that their political meddling will not be tolerated, and the government will expedite every challenge immediately and will make them look like the political hacks they truly are.
