Sooooo; the latest deflection will be confrontation and attack because the Power behind the present Administration has declared; If our Candidate does not get Elected we will no longer be in a position to provide the many comforts to the present term limited iteration of our desires.
She’s got that victim card down pat.
Opaque is the new transparency.
The Clinton’s are so full of shit. Every thing about them is a lie. Every word out of their mouth is mendacious.
I like to think of the time that as first ‘lady’ of AK Mrs Clinton dabbled in the pork futures market and voila a 100k profit in her first (an only) trade. Incredible luck she suggested and vowed to never do it again. She was of course accused of insider trading, an accusation vigorously denied in the Clinton style. She was after all….da bosses wife.
A commodities trader when asked about the trade made the following observation using a baseball analogy. “What she was able to do would be akin to a rookie who never played a game in the majors making the team out of spring training. Then going on to hit for a .300 average while playing all 162 regular season games. In addition he stole 100 bases, won a gold glove, hit 30 home runs and then retired.”
That’s the Clintons.
Good one … to go with her Orange is the new Black outfit

Those of you old-enough to remember WWII remember that term. She’s not only oblique, but she spews more crap than any other politician to throw off the voters radar.
I read the Inquirer every day. A more left wing, biased POS newspaper one cannot find. Surprised they actually gave her a couple tough questions. I did a search for FBI on their site last week and I think there was one mention of her being under investigation in the last 6 months. Their main editor blocked me on Twitter. The place is bursting at the seams with sensitive little fairies.
your description applies to a lot of politicians, left and rite. And that is why sanders and the Donald are doing so well.
I love it when Trump calls the scumbag media names.
“I, very handily represent the Evil Party, I am entitled to it. You have a problem with that? Who else better is qualified? Go F..k yourself…..” – a translation of what she actually said.
The only reason I can see for the Clintons setting up a Delaware company and then declaring it publicly is based on advice from their lawyer – to avoid potential problems in litigation. Delaware corporate law is well defined. It makes them savvy business owners.
Delaware is not a tax haven. The corporate tax rate is the tenth highest in the USA.
This is why Apple set up a separate company in Nevada. You can pay 8.8% state tax in California or 0.0% state tax in Nevada. All corporations pay federal tax (unless you lobbied them down).

Notice she mentions Sanders and Trump, but not Ted Cruz, as opponents.
Why do the Clintons have 5 shell companies in Delaware?
It was the only state dumb enough to elect Joe Biden as one of their senators.
The lowest common denominator comparisons are the tools of the obstructionist. Hillary doesn’t seek to rise above the opposition. When the bar is lowered enough Hillary will slither under with ease
The Delaware loophole is not much of a tax haven as it only allows the company to transfer its tax obligations to another jurisdiction. This may seem like a benefit but if you are ultimately working in a tax haven you have no need to transfer income through an intermediary jurisdiction. The benefit of Delaware is in corporate governance and how it treats shareholders and stakeholders relative to management and directors. If you want to catch the Clintons for tax evasion you can’t track them to Delaware. You have to track them to a tax haven.
Plenty of ammo for Cruz to use in the general. I’m hoping the transcripts aren’t released until after the conventions.
Yeah, that’s why the number of registered companies is greater than the number of citizens, because there is very little advantage /s
Greg G. The advantages of registering in Delaware are related to corporate structure (how the state treats Officers and Directors relative to shareholders), initial share structure requirements (such as founder share pricing and percent ownership relative to future financings) and litigation (corporate law is well established and favorable to corporations over shareholders).
Delaware is not a good tax haven. For example, from the links you provide, many states are critical of the Delaware loop that allows income to be diverted from their state to Delaware. State tax is still paid, just not in the state in which the revenue is booked. This is not a “tax haven”. Delaware has the 10th highest state tax in the USA. Federal tax (much higher than state tax) is paid regardless of what state you are registered in.
This is why Delaware does not attract international companies that do not operate inter-state within the US. Delaware offers no tax advantage. By way of example, a Dutch-based company purchased a Canadian company I am familiar with and all of the assets were transferred to the parent company, then leased back to the Canadian subsidiary. The arrangement is done to maximize the revenue in Holland which has a much lower corporate tax rate than Canada. Perfectly legal and Holland is not even considered a tax haven.
There is a difference between tax efficiency and corporate efficiency (capital structure and legal structure). Delaware offers the latter.
Owning a Delaware company is no more blameworthy or suspicious than owning a bucket. And as with a bucket, you’d want to own one if you had something that could usefully be kept in it. If there’s a problem, it’s with just what you’re putting in the bucket. The bucket isn’t the problem.

I guess you’re unfamiliar with the Delaware loophole.
