  1. Not just one or two emails offside; NO the Inspector General for Intelligence found DOZENS of emails at the CONFIDENTIAL, SECRET, TOP SECRET and SPECIAL ACCESS PROGRAM(SAP).
    Why not dump all your secret programs out and advertise them Google, if may be
    more efficient in disseminating your complete position to all and sundry interested parties.
    HILLARYOUS is done like Christmas turkey and cranberry sauce; get out the carving knife and fork and dig in!

  4. And who is the U.S. Attorney General? I doubt that she ever gets convicted, let alone indicted. If she does, I’ll be pleasantly surprised.
    What I wonder at this point if she believes that other than power for power’s sake, she now feels an urgency for the role of POTUS in order to pardon HERSELF. That is, if they don’t corner her first.

  6. I think the lessons of two-term Obama, the Canadian Spawn as PM, and Ontario, all serve to remind us that one should never over-estimate the abilities of today’s electorate to discern between evil and virtue (less evil?), incompetence and competence, qualifications, character, etc.

  7. The Clintons have always been corrupt. Hillary was publicly corrupt even before Bill when she worked for the prosecutor’s office during Watergate. What is mind numblingly absurd is that she remains the front runner within the Democrat’s hierarchy. She should have been quietly put out to pasture a long time ago. This isn’t only an indictment of Hillary it’s an indictment of the whole Democratic Party and centre left establishment. She could still get the nomination and win the presidency. WTF!!! The whole system needs a good flushing out, but something major has to occur for that to happen…and, at this point, an arrest and indictment, even a jail sentence, don’t count as major.

  10. At this point, there is only one rational assumption that can be made. Anything sent to Clinton at the time she was Secretary of State is now in the hands of Russia and China. If they can successfully hack into the US federal personnel data base and wiretap US telephone calls to overseas ambassadors, they can certainly hack into a private server NOT protected by national security protocols.
    And should Clinton get elected, it’s a demonstration that the US election system is hopelessly tainted and corrupt.

  11. I doubt she’ll be charged. Even if charges are preferred by the FBI, the fed AG won’t sign off as I understand she is required to do before criminal proceedings commence. OTOH, this feeds into the narrative that Clinton is not trustworthy; throwing in her policy lot with Obama won’t help her either. But, like the GOP nominee candidates, she is playing to her base, where Obama is still popular.
    When she pivots to the entire electorate, she will throw Obama under the bus; I understand they don’t like each other. Both parties will have to convince the independents (20% of voters?) to go with their candidate. Trump voters will turn out for him, while Dems may be demoralized. Also, he won’t turtle like Romney, he will keep the pressure on Clinton, and her mediocracy allies won’t be able to stop it. Anyway, CNN is not quite as biased as our idiot mediocracy, and are willing to chase a story for ratings mainly because they’re competing with Fox.
    I saw Trump on Fox where Sarah Palin endorsed him (man that was a fun speech, I urge readers to check it out below). When they went to commercial I changed to CNN, who was still covering the Trump speech. IOW, Hillary can’t rely on media cover like cabin boy got away with here.

    Obama doesn’t like the Clintons but he likes them better than any Republican. For years he’s been exercising more power than the constitution grants him. He’s going to makes sure that nothing happens to her.
    Don’t think he can do that?
    Then why isn’t she already in jail? Anybody else would be.
    And if by some distant chance it looks like she’s about to be indicted, he can always pardon her in advance, just like Ford pardoned Nixon.

  14. Pardoning Hillary, means acceptance to Hillary, that she’s guilty, otherwise, what’s to pardon?
    I doubt she’d accept a pardon, knowing it’ll cost her much of her base, that doesn’t believe she’s guilty.
    She can’t have it both ways…

  15. I understand her latest defense is she didn’t know they were classified? I guess her legal responsibility to safeguard (ie be aware of) classified information is trumped by her ignorance and incompetence?

  16. The US law in this case is clear, it doesn’t matter if the “Top Secret” notice was removed, it doesn’t matter if nobody else saw it, possession of anything Top Secret, outside of secure servers, is against the law.
    … and this pleases me to no end.

  17. Hillary will not be charged until the democrats recognize the votes she is costing them.
    ‘Trump appeals to democrats, when the Obamanation realizes Hillary is gonna cost them the presidency, she will be thrown under the bus faster than you can say”obstruction of Justice”.
    The verdict is already in on the Just-Us Dept, corrupt beyond all recovery, which turns more traditional democrats toward Trump.
    Hillary will be hilarious to run against for a natural showman/salesman like Trump.
    As the pressure builds and polls favour “Not Hillary”, a sudden health issue will arise and some other “prominent” Demon Rat will be thrust onto the spit.

  23. What is happening to Hillary with regard to her email server cannot be analyzed without consideration of Obama and his ultimate goals.
    Everything Obama has done as President is consistent with a man whose ambition is to eventually be installed as dictator for life. Sadly, the commentariat, including most of talk radio, still insist on analyzing Obama’s actions in terms of his legacy rather than as preparation for his return to power after his term. In the modern era, dictators and wannabees have employed certain strategies to make a populace feel insecure, both physically and economically so that the dictator can swoop in as a savior, a savior who requires extraordinary powers in order to end the crisis which is blamed on someone else, naturally. Let me list a few of the forwardly-looking things that Obama has done. I’m sure SDA readers can come up with more.
    1. Destroy the economy. Obama has jacked up regulations, taxes, and spending to preposterous levels and has used environmentalism as a pretext to try to strangle U.S. access to energy resources.
    2. Purchase popular support by handing out tax dollars to people financially hurt by the economic destruction.
    3. Encourage internal conflict. Obama has promoted racial, ethnic, religious, and cultural conflict as much as he could. No, Obama is not a Muslim, but he has been importing Muslims as fast as he can in order to foster internal violence and discord.
    4. Undermine local law enforcement in order to build support for a nationalized police force.
    5. Amass as much information as possible on the population so as to be able to target and persecute dissenters. One of the less appreciated aspects of the IRS targeting of tea party groups was the very intrusive questioning that was (still is, probably) done. That questioning captured data not just on the tea party organizers, but also on their entire support system of donors and sympathizers. The U.S. public still has no *idea* just how powerful a tool of oppression data analytics is.
    6. Encourage street crime in order to make people feel unsafe and willing to accept a greatly enhanced police presence. Also, encouraging street crime enlarges the number of people in the population who are morally willing to live parasitically off the rest of the population.
    7. Amass an amoral private army personally loyal to the dictator wannabee. Typically, the only group in a society from which a sufficiently large number of suitable recruits can be drawn is petty criminals. Obama has been letting tens of thousands of criminals out of prison and, if releasing them from prison doesn’t buy their loyalty, then government patronage jobs surely will. Remember Obama’s close ties to government labor unions and the effort by the Professional Left to “ban the box”, namely to make it a matter of policy to *not* ask applicants for government jobs whether or not they have spent time in prison? Obama has also been using government resources to transport enormous numbers of illegal immigrants around the country without vetting them for criminal backgrounds.
    8. Build alliances with other totalitarians in order to have external support if and when it is needed. Obama’s nuzzling up to Iran and his meeting with a rogue’s gallery of Latin American dictators early in his presidency are his efforts at personal networking. Obama hopes to be sitting at the head of the table at the dictator’s club one day yet the commentariat still insist that his overtures to Iran are only due to ordinary liberal foolishness.
    9. Create boogey-men to blame the country’s hardships on. The rich, corporations, corporate executives, conservatives, Republicans, Bush, bankers, mortgage lenders, auto-company executives, BP, old white men – Obama’s list is long and getting longer.
    10. Constantly push the boundaries of executive power. Obama’s lawless expansions of executive power is apparent to anyone with eyes.
    At some point, strategically timed from a political point of view, the U.S. stock market bubble, inflated by phony money, will be deliberately popped, throwing the country into a panic. Soon after, Obama’s supporters in the Professional Left will begin demanding that Obama be brought back to fix the crisis. It will be said that he is the one man who can pull America back from the brink just as he did when he turned the worst economy since the great depression, the economy wrecked by Bush, into the greatest economy which has ever existed (that would be the economy of today). The Professional Left and their fellow travelers will insist a special extra-Constitutional office be created just for Obama and that he be given an unprecedented breadth and depth of powers in order to save the country. The Professional Left is very clever with their word play so they’ll come up with some slick title for the office like “The Special Chancellor Of Crisis-fixing” or “The Only-temporary, We Promise, Minister of Problem-solving” except that it will be something that doesn’t bring to mind the totalitarian states of the past.
    Now when Obama and his supporters make their move, they do not want any other potential saviors to be around and that is why he is letting Hillary get roasted over the email server. Hillary wouldn’t be taking the heat that she is taking without Obama’s sanction. From Obama’s point of view, Hillary doesn’t need to end up in prison. Her public image just has to be trashed enough so that she is no longer viable as a potential savior of the Republic. It would also be easier for Obama to blame a Republican President for the country’s future problems so he may be trying to ruin Hillary’s candidacy.
    [Aside: I wonder if the bursting of China’s economic bubble will spoil the timing of those wanting to pop the U.S. bubble on cue.]

  24. She’s the “frontrunner” because all the people the Clintons promised access are waiting for her to be POTUS so they can really clean up. They own the media.
    If she does not get the nominations, the Clintons are going to have a tragic accident.

    * who is leaking this great information that is tarring Hillary so thoroughly?
    * the leaks have to be coming from deep DEEP inside a) the Justice Dept.; and/or b) deep DEEP inside the intelligence community; and/or deep DEEP inside the White House
    * other than seriously damaging Hillary’s candidacy, these leaks are intended to benefit WHO? … which DEMOCRAT do these leaks benefit? … do they benefit somebody NOT YET RUNNING (Biden? Kerry? Warren?) … or do they mostly benefit Obama in his quest to somehow get a third term?
    Obviously somebody wants to seriously hamper Hillary’s political future …but to WHOSE / which Democrat’s benefit????? … because it’s NOT intended to benefit ANY Republican

    Obama isn’t angling for a third term as President. He wants a position more permanent that would have to be challenged on philosophical grounds rather than a third term as President which could be challenged as a direct violation of the words in the 22nd Amendment.
    And yes, Obama is responsible for the leaks. The only two factions in the Democrat Party with any real clout are the Clinton and Obama factions. That’s why the Dem primary is what it is.

    Well… in 2008 the same heavy hands did everything to hobble McCain… GWB cried “The sky is falling” just at the time Palin’s team gained steam overtaking Obama… Someone really didn’t want Republicans to win.. Who has that kind of back-room power?
    The reality is that the MSM is FOUND in the same cesspool as Hillary…Hide, cover-up, deny, who cares? The MSM is more corrupt than the Clinton’s… The devils hands…

  32. Is this a Clinton flinch? Does she know something we don’t, even though she says the FBI has not contacted her? Remember law enforcement officials always contact the perp before charges (sarc off).

Fallon offered no new evidence to contradict that assertion.”
