Said the Psychologist

How do you really feel, Rosie?

Senior Liberals within Trudeau’s own party, individuals with a far more educated (and historically informed) grasp of geopolitics, were dismayed by Trudeau’s bolter posture on the bombing campaign but could not talk him out of it. He should listen to them now and walk back his campaign vow. Only little men are afraid of admitting wrongness.

That’s the Toronto Star, in case you didn’t click.

Six weeks isn’t enough time to properly vet migrants headed for Canada. That’s just foolhardy.

Based on the words used, hardly fawning, I’m moving more towards “smack up the head of Liberal leadership” point of view.
It only gets better for “Prime Minister Selfie”.

This is the sixth G20 summit I’ve covered and I’ve never seen a host broadcaster ignore a speech by a G7 leader like Canada. Mind you, Trudeau’s was a speech worth ignoring, full of bland, windy platitudes.

That’s because in the real world of realpolitik, they know what Canada voted for.

  1. Justin—how did they put it?—keeps the counsel of a few trusted confidantes who have been with him since the beginning. In other words, he listens to Gerald Butts, his mother, and basically nobody else. Anybody else trying to talk sense to him might as well be saying it in Hebrew.
I think it’s safe to say he’s everything the Star claimed Harper was and far worse besides. A petty tyrant using power to settle scores and reward the lowlifes who thrust him into office, facts and reality (never mind peace, order or good government) be damned.

  2. “But Trudeau is not taking questions.”
But at times in the past he was worse at interviews than Harper but suffered nothing for it, never criticism. The guy doesn’t like interviews because he is a moron and tends to go off script. As Liberals tend to lebel it “A Bozo Eruption”

  3. How are the media going to make the PC Princess look good for the next four years?
Save the slogan ‘just(in) not ready’, it can be recycled.

what prime minister care bear doesn’t realise is that his syrian refugee mission has 25,000 chances to spiral out of control.
if it turns out down the road that trudeau has greenlit a terrorist incursion anything close to the scale of the paris massacre, well… whatever else he might accomplish, his name will live in infamy forever.
why would he roll the dice here… when even his own party stalwarts are seeing the risk/reward ratio tilting further and further into the red? is he so sure of his fairy tale destiny that he will ignore an enormous political sucker bet?
in the usa, donald trump’s political star continues to rise… spurred on by his tv comments that he would “bomb the shit out of isis oil assets.” bombast, sure… but apparently people are responding to it in a major way.
in contrast, right after a terrible terrorist attack, trudeau is willing to pack up canada’s meagre air combat package and fly away home… leaving the impression that he is a coward of the worst stripe.
i say, let him roll… from a conservative point of view, he’s the gift that keeps on giving.

  6. Muslims vote 95% left. Leftists need their votes. The left hates Christians, Jews, Israel and liberty. The Muslims are the left’s secret army. They are very useful to them.
In the 2 hour ‘debate’ among the Democrats last night none of these traitors used the world Muslim, Islam, Islamist or whatever to describe the perpetrators.
Only a segment of the right and nationalists of various stripes understand the danger. The press is silent. Many of the right’s politician are either are too stupid/ignorant (RINO’s) or don’t give a shit about their country and culture.
This will get a great, great deal worse. It must before there is revulsion by 100% of the right and 100% of the center. Then it will need a Reagan, Thatcher, Churchill type to kill the Muslims.
Islam has never and will never reform. It must be exterminated and that mindset will take a long time to take hold.

  7. If I was Harper I’d feel some satisfaction right now because he was demonized for being too harsh, for being paranoid about terrorism,
and then Paris happened…and this shows he was 100% right.

  8. Not even two weeks in, and it’s so blindingly apparent he’s in way, way, way over his head.
But, as I have kept saying, there’s not one damn thing we can do about it. He’s in, he’s got his majority, the CBC & CTV et al will cover for his utter ineptness, and he’ll easily win reelection with another majority, because Canadian Liberal voters are every bit as gullible and hateful as American Democrats, and they simply outnumber us.
    Enjoy the decline, folks.

  9. Trudeau is on his way to be a full fledged disaster for this country. His main bobble head Ralph Goodale seems intent on going down with him. Shame on those who inflicted this bozo team on this Country, dumb ass voters who voted for them for selfish self serving reasons at the expense of good governance and even the safety and security of Canada and her citizens.
Do we need to take to the streets to make the Liberal Cabal and their selfie loving front boy see sense, common sense? Do we have the guts to revolt for the sake of our country, our safety and security?

  10. Don’t be too hard on ole’ Ralph, there Liz.
Who do you think is organizing this media pile-on? The Conservatives? The Rebel?
Ralph, Dion and the original 39 are the only ones keeping this pile from going fully combustible.

  11. Of course the idiot actor Trudozo the clown isn’t taking any questions from his adoring Media fan club as the poor pathetic nit-wit hasn’t been handed his script yet. Once “climate change” activist PM Butts writes the script and co-ordinates the talking points with the Media, and once Trudozo has been thoroughly rehearsed, then they’ll wheel out the idiot actor who will then lisp and act out the words written for him. The Media will let whatever the imbecile says go unchallenged, just like the Media did during the so called election. It must be somewhat uncomfortable for the “Liberals” and their Media to have to pretend to actually give a shit about the Paris massacre when all they really care about is imposing their “climate change” fascism. For “Liberals” and their Media the slaughter in Paris is simply a distraction from their real agenda. Who would’ve thought that putting imbeciles and radical climate activists into the PMO was a bad idea.

  12. You all know that Justin’s response to the Paris attack will be to make Canada nicer to Muslims and Muslim immigrants/refugees, don’t you?
He was elected by dumb gullible low information voters because he believes being nice to terrorists will bring peace on earth.
Justin will simply welcome more ” refugees” more Muslims, more immigrants, and provide them with even more free stuff, provide them with better services, make Canada bend over to accomodate them more than any nation on earht
because he believes the nicer Canada will be to them, the better chance Canada has to not be attacked by them.
and he will simply be harsher on those of us who see a problem with this.
He will reward the bad guys who want to either kill us or convert Canada into a part of the Caliphate, and Justin will punish us.
You all know that is what is going to happen don’t you?
Justin will be worse than Obama, Justin will be the worse Prime minister we ever had.
Canada is in deep trouble, but this will only become obvious once it is too late.
The road ahead will be very rough under the ski instructor/social justice idiot.

  13. I have a cartoon picture in my mind of Putin flashing a scared and shocked Trudeau and the caption is “This is how big a Mig 21 is”
Is there a cartoonist who will draw this?

  14. Trudeau wants to rush in the 25,000 “Syrians” so that they can get citizenship in three years and vote in the next election. I’ve spent most of my working life assessing people and I don’t think Trudeau will be PM by the next election. He will crack under the pressure that he was totally unprepared for; I doubt that he has put in a full eight-hour day in his life, let alone a 24-hour-a-day high pressure job. Our hope has to be that the Liberals will introduce a new leader with a thicker resume after a leadership review.
I served in uniform under seven prime ministers of varying ability and I did my best. I know I could not do so under Trudeau and, for the first time ever, think that a coup would be a good thing.

  15. Shamefully I viewed Junior’s speech at the G7 just to wallow in my disdain for him. His shallowness is breathtaking. It completely eludes him just how out of context and hollow his ramblings are in light of the Paris attacks. Quite the embarrassment. I don’t expect that will ever change.

  16. So these paedophile-worshippers attacked Paris, the ”centre of prostitution and vice”, to teach them a lesson, I guess. But it’s OK to rape captive women and children and behead infidels along the way. Hard to understand how devout followers of Mohammad, who married one of his wives (Aisha) when she was 6 but obligingly waited to fully consumate the marriage until she was 9, could do anything else…

  17. “Canada is in deep trouble, but this will only become obvious once it is too late.”
A bit off topic, but with his announcement that Enbridge may build the Northern Gateway, but no ships can be loaded, my retirement portfolio (no pension for this self-employed couple) just fell another $8,000 in one day.
Actions have consequences. Just not for him.

There is not much money to be made with stories such as the Paris massacre for the corrupt (liberal ) media, while there is so much money to be made with the global warming scare that the corrupt media can not count the dollar bills as fast they are coming.
Global warming is the biggest scam in the history of the planet, millions of people are making a comfortable living because of this gigantic swindle.
We now know journalists are receiving payolas from the global warming mafia.
There is no ” protect us from Muslim terrorist” mafia who slips brown enveloppes full of cash to journalists and politicians.
Every time the corrupt media helps the left with their agenda, more cash is sent their way.
One example; Justin promised to increase the CBC budget, the CBC campaigned for him.
Yes human nature is what it is, and conservatives are not immune or above this, but the left has taken it to new lows because being the establishment as they are now, it is very easy for them to both be the fox and be the ones who count the chicken.

  19. The public honeymoon will continue for a while longer, aided and abetted by the Parliamentary Press Gallery and CBC.
But there has never been a honeymoon at the highest echelon of the Liberal Party. The back room boys and eminences grises have always known that Trudeau was put up only as a front man to sell what they themselves could not to the voters.
They may cringe inwardly at Trudeau’s childlike naivety and narcissism, but they will never say so publicly unless and until it becomes necessary to remove him. In the meantime, they will provide all the adult supervision they can, clean up after his messes, and generally let him play at being Prime Minister while doing the real work.
Government by a collective of senior ministers and staffers is not healthy for a free country, but in the short run, it is about as good a government as we can expect.

  20. Just wondering if Trudeau has ever used the phrase “radical Islam”?
Isis is as Islamic and the Jesuits are Christian.

  21. Our new Defence Minister was insisting we in Canada have nothing to fear from ISIS. He probably wishes he had never made that statement in light of Friday’s events. I do see some truth in the notion of North America being isolated from much of what has been happening in Europe. We are separated from the crazies by an ocean, and up until now we have not been allowing the mass movement of immigrants/ refugees from nations where radical Islam is present. That is why we have been largely immune and protected from terrorism here at home. France, and I say this with the deepest sympathy for those who lost their lives this week, is largely reaping what they have sown. Canada should be paying close attention to what is happening in Europe and do everything in our power to avoid having it happen here. Instead we have a government who is insisting on ramming through a stupid election promise which was made simply to appear more caring and compassionate than the Conservatives and to cater to a demographic which has no concept of security or terrorism or any understanding of what is happening in the ME. Dear old Ralph Goodale comes out and states “nothing in life is 100% certain” when asked about the rigour of the screening process to be applied to the 25,000 refugees about to be dropped on our door step. Hardly re-assuring words from the new Minister of Public Safety. What bothers me the most about the refugee issue is that a man with no experience leading anything or making any decisions more arduous than what colour of shoes to wear is now making irrevocable decisions that will impact Canadian society forever. And he wants these changes to be pushed through at full speed with no sober second thought and with little support from anyone other than the barking seals lined up to have their selfies taken with our immature PM.

  22. Pony Shit,
Oh my, how I love the smell of fresh pony shit in the morn..
If not to only rub the noses of the Canadian lefty voters and cbc in it!

  23. Wally I hate to disagree with BUT Head Fluffer goes to two people Paul Wells and Altha Raj they were pictured sitting together in a chair with Zoolander Behind them……

  24. If all those patriotic Liberals are so concerned about their leader’s decisions, and Canada’s safety, they have an option that very few other nations have, anywhere in the world. They can walk over to the Conservative side of the house. Trudeau has a 30 seat majority, 35 Liberals is all it would take.
And I do believe that could happen if there was another Paris style attack in the near future.

  25. Pictures and bios of the Paris murdered are coming out. Pretty grim. Also news that the shooters shot the handicapped in wheelchairs one by one.
Wonder if any north American paper will show the photos with info. They didn’t with the passengers on the Russian flight from Egypt that blew up. Nor did I see pictures of the Dutch passengers who were killed by the Russians over Ukraine. The media want us to forget.

  26. Shiny Pony was Lecturing the world on infrastructure development while a war on terrorism was breaking out. Is the poor boy confusing domestic politics with international. Just when you think we might be okay, he pops up with another stupid.

  27. The Spawn is there for the world to see the results of a pampered scion representing a mindless progressive electorate incapable of anything except civilizational suicide. He is the right man-boy for the job.

  28. We shouldn’t be surprised at the PM’s sense of impropriety when it comes to selfies.
Remember how he paused on national television for a selfie just seconds before walking into St. James Cathedral in Toronto for the funeral of Jim Flaherty?

  29. How can we be surprised that the PM is taking selfies at a serious G7 meeting after a terrorist attack?
Do you not remember him pausing, playing for the camera on national television, just moments before entering St James Cathedral in Toronto for the funeral of Jim Flaherty 18 months ago?
Shameful can’t begin to explain his behavior.
Oh wait, I forgot, he’s a drama teacher – and he enjoys shocking the public on a regular basis with irreverent behaviour. Stay tuned for more of the same immature moves.
