7. Special Forces(Green Berets) have a long history of training indigenous troops. As such they are generally designated as “advisors” and not combat troops. Same thing happened with the Green Beret that Kennedy used in Vietnam.
   Obama has inserted 50(FIFTY) SF troops. Hardly an Expeditionary Force.
