The four servers, which were located at the State Department’s headquarters building, were seized by the FBI several weeks ago. They are being checked by technical forensic analysts charged with determining how Top Secret material was sent to Clinton’s private email by State Department aides during her tenure as secretary from 2009 to 2013, said two people familiar with the probe. The people spoke on condition of anonymity because it is an ongoing investigation.
The only thing left to determine is who.

As I understand this issue—how the TS info got to her private, insecure server in the first place, and not the question of what happened to it subsequently—how, that is, the info got across the “air gap” that insulates the secure government system and its information from the rest of the world, it would require someone to “walk” that info across the gap, thus violating not a few laws. Someone had to do that, repeatedly, for the duration of Hillary’s tenure, and to have done so with the authority of the S of S office, and under orders. Whoever that is—Mills and/or other of the many Clinton factotums—that’s who you’d want to turn if you’re aiming at the top. God speed the investigators.
Nobody will go to jail, unless Obama’s department of justice decrees it. And if it points at Hillary, look for her to dish out the dirt on Obama.

That’s be the gateway servers, most likely, which would be in a failover state with round-robin input from the spam killers. No way to tell beforehand which server handled which piece of mail, so take them all.
Someone may indeed go to jail, but it will not be Hillary. Of this we may be 100% certain.
The one somebody needs to go to jail for is the hack that claimed ALL the data on federal employees. Doubt we will even see anyone fired for that.
Anyone close to this is well advised to keep close friends close. The risk of “suicide” is high. And don’t drink whatever Andrew Breitbart ordered.

Nope. If you are appropriately cleared to be on the system, very little prevents you from “air-gapping” if you choose to do so (Exhibits A and B: Bradley Manning and Edward Snowden).
And except under very, very specific and exceptional circumstances, any order to “air-gap” classified materials from a secure government intranet to the Internet would be patently illegal.
Hillary’s defence will be: “I had no idea that classified material was being air-gapped to me”. Unless some brave soul steps forward from State to ‘fess up, she might very well get away with it.

HRC was Secretary of State, a job in which daily receiving classified secret communications was a routine part of the job. You know, American embassies all over the world and doing secret negotiations like John Kerry Secretary of State just did with Iran over it’s nuclear program?
Her only source of e-mails was her private server/private e-mail account which she set up to avoid oversight. What’s your point, …that as Secretary of State she didn’t wonder why she never got any classified e-mails over the 4(FOUR) years that she held the appointment?
Looking forward to the little Q & A session with Trey Goudy shortly. Also it will be interesting to watch the upcoming democratic ‘debate’ to see how the server issue will be handled. This could shine a light on the media’s non-attempts to inform, as well.
