  1. I was one of many people who were upset when I watched the reports of Dr. Palmer, a Minnesota dentist who recently lured and shot a lion from a game preserve. But watch this video, and see what Dr. Palmer may have avoided. And I can’t believe that people would sit there and watch this, and do nothing about it!

  2. The entire country should be very peed off with Ontario premier Wynne for trotting about supporting Trudeau who now says he will grow the economy from the heart out. There’s not much heart in the mess the McGuinty then Wynne Liberals have made of Ontario and it’s affecting the economy of the entire country. If Trudeau were elected to the top job the entire country could be on the economic skids for a very long time.
Neither can we trust Mulcair, he’s talking out of both sides of his beard on the Oil Sands.
When the economic engine of the country is not running full steam who do they expect is going to fund the Equalization paid to provinces who are on perpetual dole like Quebec and the Atlantic provinces and now Ontario?

  5. Liz, I certainly do not want my tax dollars ( small though they are as retired person) to fund some whim of the Ontario Premier to assist with her Provincial Pension Fund! Go fund your own creations!

At the same time NDP leader Thomas Mulcair was railing about “equality” and demanding a $15-an-hour minimum wage, some of the party’s Punjabi-speaking phone canvassers were being paid $13 an hour — four bucks less than their English-speaking counterparts.
Now, after an investigation by The Province newspaper, the Punjabi-speaking workers are receiving back pay.”
