  1. The Alberta NDP are going to approve two more carbon sequestration projects. Even though they campaigned on closing down the original two. These cost billions of tax dollars already and they are piling on. This according to the business section in the Edmonton Journal.
So add another two billion to the 8-9 billion they already spent in 6 weeks.

  2. These are billions of dollars with no net benefit . Could be used in health or building a road to ft Mac,
I drove up though wembley two weeks ago and was amazed what a great road to no where that was , double divided with 12 ft paved shoulders on the inside and outside, way wider than #2 highway
Must have been a highways minister living there at one time

  3. A see a bunch of eco-wackos held a naked protest in Southern California(Where Else) to protest plans to cut down non native Eucalpytus Trees, typical bunch of tree huggers/Granola Munchers who are all probibly Pro-Choice as well

  4. The CBC doing what they do best.
    They have this in an article, Justin is quoted;
“They much prefer to highlight fears and play up insecurities that Canadians may have, rather than […] talking about the terrible economic news that is surrounding them.”
That is odd. What did they cut out? And why?
They cut out him saying that Canadians should be reassured (that we are safe). Later in the embedded video (2nd one) he expanded on that further.
Apparently Canadians don’t need to be told the truth about terrorism. What we need is hugs and a leader that likes to hug. Kind of like the people trapped on the mountain by ISIS needed mitts and scarves.
This isn’t anything huge,it is another example of the CBC continually covering for pony boy.
They have another puff piece up that attempts to make Eve Adams look like a catch. She has been accused of signing up bogus members in this nomination race. That is why she was tossed from the Conservative party. The CBC overlooked that.

“Tories take huge lead in latest poll”
“Mainstreet asked more than 5,000 Canadians who they’d vote for if an election where held now, and 38% of decided voters picked the Tories. In the 2011 general election, 39% actually voted Conservative.
Thomas Mulcair’s NDP were in second at 27% and Justin Trudeau’s Liberals were third at 25%.”
“”These are remarkably strong numbers. It is indeed Christmas in July for Conservatives,” said Quito Maggi, Mainstreet’s president.”

  6. A take away from that article that will make the leftwing heads in Toronto explode.
“Maggi also said federal Conservatives are up in Ontario because of dislike of provincial Liberal Premier Kathleen Wynne’s sex-ed curriculum changes.”
5000 is a pretty good sample size.
Any bets on when somebody gets thrown out on their “Butts” from the lpc bus?

  7. Just got in the mail a bill for around 26 dollars for using the toll autoroute north of Toronto to get halfway across Toronto. This indeed highway robbery!

“Expedition To Study Global Warming Put On Hold Because Of TOO MUCH ICE”
“An expedition to study the effects of global warming was put on hold Wednesday. The reason? Too much ice.”
“The ship even has a blog post that it has been updating. Here is an excerpt:
“Meanwhile, we’ve run into ice and out of darkness. During our night of action, the sun didn’t set, so only the face of my watch was there to tell me that it was 3 AM as we were tying down incubators. At five thirty in the morning, as the sun rose — or, rather, got a bit brighter in the sky — filling the world with a deep pink, and the waves turned glassy and viscous and bright, our fingers finally fell numb and our setup was finally done, just in time for a quick nap before breakfast. Tonight, likely, well see the stuck ships.”

    “Day 14: In the ice”
“Well, we’re well and truly in the ice now. The noise that the prow of the ship makes when it breaks ice is a sort of deafening scraping, accompanied by unpredictable jerky movements. It’s fascinating to watch the smaller pieces of ice flip over when the ship hits them (the larger ones just get crushed). We’re still in the Hudson Bay, having escorted one ship and heading towards another (and the village of Inukjuak), and our scientific mission is still on hold.”
