  5. The Left also went nuts over Santorum for supposedly comparing Obama to Hitler, which he didn’t. He was simply comparing one disconcerting process to another.
    The fact is the rise of fascism leading to the Holocaust, WWII etc., didn’t happen overnight. People love to cite the phrase “never again”, but if you don’t have a clue about what to prevent to make sure “never again” is a reality, then it’s simply empty rhetoric. The Left especially hates any comparisons to Hitler because they have always viewed themselves as the “avante garde” where fighting fascism is concerned. But they are self-deluded: there is in fact a thin grey line separating fascism from communism (and today’s rabidly anti-Semitic Islamism) the latter of which the Left appears only too happy to accomodate.
    Left media such as the CBC in its documentaries has been especially complicit in keeping the public in the dark about the PROCESS that led to the rise of fascism/Nazism, by focussing instead on it’s culmination — i.e. the Holocaust, the screaming little man with a moustache, the jackboots in the streets and the humongous gaudy military parades. The CBC is basically teaching schoolchildren: “If you don’t see thousands of people parading around in
    gaudy uniforms, hundreds of tanks rolling down the streets, a screaming little man with a moustache, and millions being herded into concentration camps, then don’t worry because it’s not Nazism or Communism. But those characteristics are fascism are AFTER they have fully seized and consolidated power — if we are looking for the obvious like concentration camps and gaudy military parades then IT IS TOO LATE TO DO ANYTHING.
    Anyway, I would never vote for anyone simply because they happen to be Christian or embrace the same theology that I do, for the same reason I would never vote for someone simply because they happen to be Black or of the same race. The great Christian “sufferology” writer R. Wurmbrand once said: “Christianity qualifies you to go to heaven; it does not qualify you to go to the White House”. I guess you could also say: “Being Black qualifies you to refrain from using sun tan oil and going to a tanning salon; but it does not qualify you to go to the White House” (no pun intended).

    That’s for sure! Mr.Graham acquitted himself very well,while the MSM people acted like they were only interested in playing “gotcha”.
    Fortunately,the guy’s way too smart to fall into their obvious traps. The MSN’ers appear juvenile and ill-informed in the face of a confident man who knows what he believes.

  9. Obama is a tribute to affirmative action. If he were caucasian he would never have been elected as the bar on his past would have been set much higher. His involvement with Rev. Wright alone would have sunk him, had he been caucasian. His record before becoming POTUS is mediocre at best. Yeah, I know, I’m a racist.
