France on the other hand may feel that their latest light crude investment didn’t really pan out as well as they had hoped. Thank god they were able to suck the Americans in for most of the expense though.

If the French manage to negotiate a reasonable deal for Libyan oil, you can bet the torture and death of the Ambassador will turn out to have been an “unfortunate accident”.

Misleading headline. Former Ambassador. I was outraged at first, but the protections afforded to the current ambassador are quite different from a former.
The murder of a current ambassador is on the level of a declaration of war.

Egypt has decided to put Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood’s son on trial. I don’t think we had this kind of trouble until Obama said Murbarak had to go. Obama’s foreign policy has been an unmitigated disaster
Also it’s a (former) Libyan ambassador to France who was killed not a (former) French ambassador to Libya.
as reprehensible as the various arab dictators were/are, they were the only thing holding back the ‘muslim brotherhood’ and their ultimate goal of bringing mandatory shar’ia law to North America and the entire world…but our ‘leaders’ put them in charge and are helping them expand their caliphate…remember that when you put your burqa on or have your beard measured to make sure it’s ‘respectful’ enough.
