    Helena Guergis sues the CPC and, not surprisingly, is portrayed by the Media Party as a victim — yet again. And not surprisingly, Guergis’ inconsistencies are omitted from much of the reporting, namely her claim that it is not the CPC that she has had a problem with — I hope to be back with my “conservative family”, the CP, some day after PMSH is gone — while suing the party itself.

    My name is John Needham. I am a member of Bravo Company, 2nd Battalion, 2nd Infantry division, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division, (BCo,2-12INF,2BCT,2ID . I deployed with my unit to Iraq from October 2006 until October 2007 when I was medically evacuated for physical and mental injuries that I suffered during my deployment. The purpose of my letter is to report what I believe to be war crimes and violation of the laws of armed conflict that I personally witnesses while deployed in Iraq.

    About 20 years ago my son’s school here in white bread WASP Leaside in Toronto started to change the Christmas Pageant and stop singing the traditional Christmas carols much to the displeasure and complaints of the parents who attended. The principal, a woman, said we had to reflect the “diversity” of the new immigrants. We stated “What immigrants” as the demographics of that school is still unchanged.
    It is the left wing teachers and their socialist political allies like the Liberals and NDP, as several posters had stated, that started all this crap.
    Fight back with Merry Christmas and ask retailers, who depend on Christmas sales, what is a “Holiday” gift.
    Merry Christmas to all and have the best New Year.

  28. Things are going to get busy around here the next few days what with twelve rug rats under the age of twelve and their eight parents showing up. Twenty-two people in one house for three days should be loud and tiring.

    To prevent further intervention by the courts or the Environmental Protection Agency, the law expressly states the environmental impact statement already performed satisfies all the requirements of the 1969 National Environmental Policy Act and the Historic Preservation Act.
    The congressional declaration will bar further challenges to the pipeline in court in case the route is altered in the portions crossing Nebraska, or criticism about the adequacy of the existing study. And to ram the point home it states unambiguously “no further federal environmental review shall be required.””

  42. This is enough to make one weep. A judge sentenced the thug who beat a contractor within an inch of his life is sentenced to a laughable time as he is a poorly treated by our society native. Large numbers of natives in jail is the same as Jamaican blacks arrested disproportionally for crime in Toronto, because they commit the damn crimes!
    This just goes along with the whole Caledonia debacle of our citizens being abandoned to their fate by that coward McGuinty where the “law” is only applied to non-natives.
    What ever happened to every person equal under the law? Will the muslim murderers in Kingston be allowed to walk because its just part of their culture?
    Judge Alan Whitten, you are despicable. How can you look Sam Gualtieri, who is permanently disabled by this thug, in the face and say you have given him justice.
