  15. Speaking of flames, Turkmenistan has switched to venting methane rather than flaring it as Global Warmers attempt to reel in countries that release methane directly into the atmosphere. In a typical oil and gas deposit there are fields with no infrastructure to transport the gas which can accumulate quickly during production. In the old days this stranded gas was flared, or burned on-site, resulting in major CO2 emissions and minor methane emissions – not to mention a waste of resources. Now Turkmenistan isn’t even bothering to flare their gas, but is releasing it directly into the atmosphere, possibly in an attempt to avoid detection (flares are easy to spot). It is one of worst methane emitters in the world.

    1. BG: The first think that you should have noticed is that the video is RACIST! 99% of the dancers are young, pretty white women. One more offence like that and you will be sent to a mandatory course on diversity, equity & inclusion!
