  9. The police will come down on the truckers within 48 hours, probably less. Trudeau will need to make his move before the 7 days timeframe to vote on the Emergency Measures Act has passed. He can then rescind the Act before it comes to a vote.

    I hope there are a few hundred truckers parked quietly about 100 kms away who will come back to Ottawa as soon as the Act is rescinded.

  16. From Pastor Pawlowski to the Truckers. It does not look like it now, but they are winning. Non-violence is the way. The government is scared. Trudeau, Freeland, Mayor Watson are bullies lashing out, trying so desperately to create a confrontation.

    The Government leaders need violence from the truckers and other protesters to justify their extreme Emergency Measures Order. The lack of violence makes them look like fools. The protesters are smart. They are not acting out violently. They are protesting legally. The biggest reason the Truckers and other protesters are driving the Liberals crazy? The protests are not sullen, violent, and destructive. It is driving the Liberals absolutely Bat-Shit Insane Crazy! The Trucker Protest is having fun, laughing smiling, polite to everyone. Where do you see Bouncy Castles? Birthday Parties, Carnivals, and Parties. The protest came to the bare, empty ground of Parliament Hill in Ottawa in the cold, snowy, windy Winter, and promptly built bouncy castles, food kitchens, hot tubs, and stages for dance parties with their own hands and skills. Could any of their elitist, over credentialed opponents even put together a prefabricated Ikea end table, much less a hot food kitchen on bare ground with no electricity, water, and city gas?

    The protesters scare the local politicians and bureaucrats with their quiet, smiling, cheerful competence. Give those outsider protest people power and the authority, and how many “Intractable Problems” would suddenly be solved? Because you know if people like the protesters take on a problem, they will Solve The Problem, not Create A Bureaucratic Empire to Manage “this Intractible Problem.” Then they will take on the next problem.

    Keep up your cheerful smiling Non-Violence. Pay sullen hatred with a big smile and a kind word. It scares the elites, because you should be cringing and begging their favor like their usual obsequious lackeys. Some of the most cutting words you can use, “I will pray for you,” and “Bless Your Heart.”

    Smile, kindly greet them politely, and never raise your hand. You never cringe, but you do not bully or offer violence. Reply to their hysteria with soft calming words. Swallow your anger, and let their anger flow past you. Your quiet, competent demeanor is like a dagger to their heart of these soft insular people.

    Non-Violence will defeat them.
