  1. Wikileaks is willing to put $1 million on this story’s falseness…

“WikiLeaks on Tuesday afternoon ripped a new Guardian report alleging secret talks between former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort and WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, saying the organization would bet $1 million there was no meeting between the two men.

“Remember this day when the Guardian permitted a serial fabricator to totally destroy the paper’s reputation,” the WikiLeaks Twitter account posted. “@WikiLeaks is willing to bet the Guardian a million dollars and its editor’s head that Manafort never met Assange.”

Other groups have noted the offer includes, “editor’s head” in the bet…

    1. Let me correct that for you:

This is an excellent podcast by Andrew McCarthy on the Mueller lawlessness and treason.

Your usage of the word shenanigans reminds me of a worthy Torontoan I saw on the news shortly after 911 who talked about the “goings-on of September 11”

  2. Yep. No one calls the press unicorns; that simply does not resonate. But pointing out that someone is wrong at least half of the time, and being correct about that; that resonates.

Methinks the press lady doth protest too much.

  3. https://money.cnn.com/2017/07/05/technology/electric-cars-vs-gas-cars/index.html

You keep hearing them tell you, “electric cars are getting cheaper”, “solar is getting cheaper”, “price parity soon”, “everyone wants electric cars”, “popularity of electric cars is increasing”, “living wage is what works”, “that guy raped that woman on mars 800 years ago and we have no eye witnesses but believe all women”, …

You keep failing to see any Teslas at the empty charging lots. You keep getting brownouts and rising power bills the more unreliable generation is installed. You keep seeing GM discontinuing the electric car effort. You see businesses closing when the minimum wage goes up. You keep hearing that all 35 of the people who the accuser said were there say they have never even met either of the people in question.

They keep telling you not to believe your own lying eyes, that logic and reasoning are patriarchal and bad; but one guy is agreeing that your eyes are in fact NOT lying, and he sees it too. It is pretty easy to see who is telling the truth, and who is not.

If 3 billion people look up and say the sky is blue, but three guys are looking at the same sky as you and saying that the Russians in fact made the sky British racing green to get Trump elected…

    1. There is no connection with self-driving and electric. Self-driving IC cars are just fine if you like having no control. How does demand for electric vehicles behave when subsidies are reduced? I could see them as a commuter vehicle but not even taxi as it would be in recharge most of the time, taxis do a lot of driving.

As for a Uber-style driverless pick-up and drop, the vehicles would become public toilets, literally I am sure, being considered public commons.

  4. One more thing.

If it’s a fake name, how do you know the writer is ex-CIA? How do we know the person is male, female, even a person? If you do not know who he is, and the people who say it’s a male, and the male is ex-CIA, lie 100% of the time…

Seems more likely they just hired some script writers to gin up something they thought was believable.

      1. Exactly. Of course, most people have never heard of Operation Mockingbird…

Whether or not the CIA writes scripts, or both writes them and delivers them in the guise of a “reporter”, the Catholic Intelligence Agency gets its message delivered to the people, and the majority of them believe it to be “news”.

    1. As a famous person once said “Trust, but verify” You cannot verify a pen name or anonymous.
On another note, the msm have truly become prostitutes for the Liberal government with the government funds.

      1. Absolutely. And the government long ago became prostitutes for the Vatican. The Vatican writes the rules for the world at their UN, and their faithful vassals around the world implement their agenda.

The challenge is for each nation’s puppet rulers to make it appear as though they are crafting legislation by the people and for the people. The media has always been on their side to “shape” opinion.

Over the last few years, the puppets have run into serious roadblocks as the orders they are being given (bring in millions of illegals, bankrupt your own economies, push sexual perversions, destroy the few remaining personal freedoms) have been met with serious resistance.

The most trusting and foolish (aka liberals, socialists, progressives) have already been fooled. Those who think critically can’t be fooled by the lies and sophistry of the puppets and the media’s propaganda. The next coercion tactic is force.

        Violence is coming.

  5. That thread is funny. One guy in there, a Danial Snider, basically appears to be Dan Rather; he makes the “false but true” argument!

“I think the most important part to consider is the conclusion of the piece. The whole point is to suggest that, even if the story is false, the people responsible are only so desperate to discredit the Russiagate narrative because they have something to hide.”

    This is parody gold!

  6. It’s the right kind of fraud, so it’s OK – after all Hitler and Stalin were just bad people, but socialism is good – plus some other duplicity items:

    – champion womens’ rights while politically supporting medieval nutbars who enslave women right down to their genitals.
    – talk about Trump’s “scandals,” while ignoring IG, FBI et al investigations on Hillary and the leftist cabal.
    – rail about fake news while shopping a dossier everybody knew was tabloid BS.
    – whine about Russian collusion while a foreign operative works with Soviet sources on above scandal sheet.
    – scream about Trump inciting violence while they do just that and find no connection to violent do gooders supporting them.
    – Obama tries to take credit for oil boom (really, all on private land) and the economic gains (tax and regulation taxes, re-inflating optimism) for which he had no part, indeed he did everything possible to choke free entrepreneurs.

    – my favourite, Obama signs an EO to share raw intelligence with 17 agencies from 4, which it’s becoming evident was done for the purposes of leaking the Steele dossier.

No scandals, Obama? No you just covered them up but your power abusers are no longer at their seats of power, and neither are you. Methinks you doth protest to much, or is that the skeleton rattling in your closet that I hear?

And on, and on and on. Why listen to these creeps? This is war which they’ve declared. So treat them not kindly, but in-kind.

    1. … and don’t forget ordering extra judicial killing of US citizens in a sovereign third country (Yemen). Sure, they were AL-Queda propagandists. But seems to me they were just exercising their first amendment rights.
