    1. The pointless slaughter of every last remaining Ukrainian male in an un-winnable War?
    2. The EU and Britain cannot afford to keep funding the Slava-Ukrainia nonsense any more?
    3. Russia has taken what they want, and are NEVER giving it back?
    4. The money laundered kickbacks are slowing down?
    5. The world’s opinion on this war has soured, and we all are tired of the entire pointless mess.
    6. Trump was right … from day one … and he’s looking to be MORE right about this LOSING war with each passing day?

    1. Notice all the promises and denials falling apart? They were nonsensical at the time, just a lot of brave talk from the EU pointy heads, and yes, some subterfuge from Orangeman.
      1. Troops from other nations was a stupid promise. Appropriately, Russia called that out as raised aggressions, which would be punished.
      2. Funding this has never been affordable. Europe is bankrupt.
      3. This was a non-starter. Russia took back lands that are majority Russian. Ukraine killed 14,000 Donbas citizens, leading to the war.
      4. Yup. Vodka Pelosi and her tribe no longer have power or provide protection.
      5. We were tired of this almost 3 years ago. But Boris conned Cocaine Cowboy to keep going,
      6. Ironic, when Orangeman promised more weapons and support, initials thoughts were “WTF?”. Then it turned out those promises were for new weapons to be procured a year down the road, or, mothballed weapons. Subterfuge. Smart.

  2. Western media reported consistently on Ukrainian corruption, and its little/not little, Fascist Nazi problems, prior to February 2022.
    Then, magically, they proclaimed “We Are All Ukraine!”
    Really. Can they also proclaim who is Adolf?
    Everywhere we turn, the media is thoroughly propagandized.

  3. My philosophy on that question has a pretty dark answer. The US Administration purposefully cut the EU leaders out of the peace process. It’s why they’re whining every chance they get about that very fact. The reason they were cut out is because they have no ambition to secure a peaceful resolution without using it to boost their own dismal reputation(s) and economies. Their first choice was for the conflict to continue until the US could be dragged in thus making the financing of the conflict the US problem, and they, of course would benefit financially as well. Trump refused this and then stomped on their second option which would be a peace deal where the EU would take credit for the result. Only Trump cut them out of the process. They get nothing out of this.

    Well, they’re going to lose that round, so how do they achieve the goal of conflict in that stretch of the world if Russia and Ukraine lay down their arms? Well, you pit a portion of the population of Ukraine against the other population of Ukraine. You showcase the corruption. You show their “leaders” financially benefiting as the constituents lose relatives.

    This may very well be the infancy of the powers that be trying to initiate a civil war within Ukraine.

      1. Much easier to say when it’s not your country. Not saying your wrong, just saying I have some sympathy for the sentiment. Also, unless Ukraine is soundly defeated this is just a setup for round 2.

        Think if the US had to give up Florida or Texas. You know there would be opposition to letting them go and a real thirst for getting them back.

          I understand that. But even aside from the fact that this war was started in 2014 (and not by Russia) Ukraine was offered an opportunity to end this thing in 2022 and refused to take it.

          Everyone knows for a fact that no amount of missiles, drones or ammunition given to Ukraine can possibly allow them to win this war…only boots on the ground can do that, and there is exactly ZERO chance of US or EU combat troops being deployed to directly engage the Russian army in Ukraine.

          Without that, there is only an ongoing war of attrition which Russia cannot lose. They are taking new territory at a faster pace today than at any other time since this conflict started, and this will only continue until either a peace agreement is reached or Ukraine collapses entirely and is overrun. I actually wish it were otherwise, but I’m too much of a realist to fool myself like that.

        2. Here’s an idea for Ukraine and the CIA! Don’t be belligerent to your Russian neighbor, unless you have the stones to back it up. Don’t murder Russian speakers in the Donbas. Don’t threaten to join NATO. Don’t rig a fake election with the help of the CIA and install a belligerent puppet government. Yeah … the USA will save you. Puhleeze.

          And yeah … when Venezuelan forces invade FL … because we’re killing their drug runners and sinking thousands of pounds of their drugs … the war will be over in less than 6-days. So there can be NO honest analogy between a Russian “minor incursion” approved by Biden … OUT LOUD … and any invasion of America.

          And PS … just watch how we deal with the Somali invasion. They may have taken Minnesota greenbacks down … but the skirmish in Mogadishu will be nothing compared to the obliteration of that scum that is coming.

If anyone tried taking territory away from the US there would be a strong sentiment to stopping the invasion and taking the stolen territory back. Even if most of the people in the region were Spanish speaking. And BTW, you are right, there were assurances given to the old Soviet empire that the Russians inherited. If you break your promises don’t expect the other side to keep theirs.

          2. The one subtle … but massive difference is that if anyone tried to reclaim the Spanish speaking regions of America … we’d destroy the invaders by ourselves. By ourselves. We wouldn’t go begging Ukraine to fund our war. We’d handle it ourselves.

  6. The NYT, the so-called Newspaper of Record, is doing the finger pointing to make sure Zelensky and his cronies take the fall for the widespread, high-stakes corruption in Ukraine. Why, to bury the identity of the guilty in the EU, Canada and the US. All done to protect the globalist deep state and to try and regain control of the tax money gravy train.

  8. With a very imperfect understanding of the situation a couple of years ago I made the following prediction: Zelenskyy will end up living on a luxury yacht in the Mediterranian and Russia will own a big hunk of the Ukraine.
    Just a matter of when (and whether Zelenskyy will avoid assasination).

    There is an ongoing investigation in the US regarding the missing $48Billion which appears to have been funnelled via Zelensky mostly through banks in Estonia. Some of the as yet un-named recipients are in the EU and USA.

    In the background it appears Trump is attempting to dispatch his enemies in the Deep State and the “leaks” regarding Zelensky corruption are two-fold 1) Change the focus from the Russian victory in Ukraine and 2) blame it on Ukraine and EU corruption and walk away from NATO and the EU , leaving them holding the Ukraine “bag”.

    An aside but relevant …
    1) Venezuela is a false flag to distract from the US defeat in Ukraine,
    2) Trump’s battle with the Deep State is also coupled with the military buildup off Venezuela . Recall the 2020 election issue with Dominion/Smartmatic voting machines and Venezuelan servers? Trump may want the “receipts” from Maduro which points to his foes in the US regarding election fraud.

  14. Trump might want to quit waving shiny international politics at the voters. That’s not how you win elections. The midterms are going to be a total disaster. Domestic politics wins elections. If Trump would have told voters he was going to abandon Ukraine and send in Jared Kushner to replace Ukrainian corruption with Trump family corruption he would have likely received few votes. Yet here we are.
