I searched Oxaro and it lists Marco Perron as its CEO. I thought he may be related to liberal minister Gilles Perron but his bio may be more interesting… could include a fraud conviction for bilking a school board for more than $300K.

There is no amount of money that cannot be wasted by government. If I had run my company like the government has run this program, I would not have survived a year, let alone 35 years.
