  1. Another clear sign that everything-law/judicial in US has become way overblown. Did we devolve to such stupidity that every no-brainer aspect of our lives has to be decided by some panel of judges? Should I hold my breath until it’s decided that is legal to breathe?

  2. Just a Canadian here, but doesn’t the Constitution stipulate that the President is the Commander in Chief of the federal armed forces of the USA? California National Guard is part of the federal armed forces, it has nothing to do with the state of California except location.

    This is basically sedition. They’re not calling it that, but that’s what it is.

  3. Is this the same 9th Circuit court that had 80% of its cases reversed by the Supreme Court? Are they afraid of Trump or have their heads been shaved once too often?

  4. In a related story, the CA National Guard prevented the planned destruction of Federal ICE facilities. There were NO burning Federal buildings as happened in Portland, OR. Nope. The Nat. Guard just stood sentry … ready and willing to beat-down any would-be Molotov-cocktail chucking (Soros-funded) arsonists.

    Mission accomplished. And “tough-talking” Gavin Newsom slumped back to his winery … to whine.
