    1. Homelessness … a growth industry for the bureaucratic State. The homeless own nothing, and they’re mostly happy while talking to themselves.

      Mission accomplished

  1. People looking for a safey net when their personal circumstances crash, need to look to family and friends if they seriously hope to do better. Hoping for the Government to improve your circumstances will leave you wanting and at continued risk.

  2. They’re all mentally ill drug addicts, good only to be bulldozed.
    -Canadian conservatives.

  3. Could be global warming….
I know a few homeless guys (schizophrenics) and help them a bit. (I live in Chinatown). There has always been homeless guys sleeping in our alley, even in the winter, since I moved here. From observation none of the guys that slept out back or new guys could take the cold this year.
    They disappeared.
Now that it’s getting a little warmer they’re showing themselves but in reduced numbers.
We also give money to homeless to sleep inside and get registered so that probably has the most to do with increasing the recorded users.
