    1. It’s raining today in N.CA … in the middle of Gavin Newsom’s declaration of a “Neverending drought” caused by “global warming”. And the local government official in Marin County is on TV declaring that our roads will continue to flood during ‘king tides’ due to sea level rise caused by global warming/climate change. Yes … EXTREME weather compounded by sea level rise is swamping CA roadways.

      Good gawd, these people are science retards. And they’re the WORST of all leftist propagandists. The oceans are rising at the same rate they have been since the last ice age … literally fractional millimeters per year. This woman was a disgusting, ignorant, propagandists.

        They really, really hate having facts like that pointed out to them….they’ll instantly respond with “97% of climate scientists (bla bla bla…)” and then accuse you of being a “climate change denier”. If you then point out that no one actually ever denies that the climate is changing, and that climate change is normal, natural and immutable that’s when they get REALLY upset and (hopefully) just storm away…

        It’s a *trillion* dollar industry, and they absolutely hate it being challenged. Bad for business, you know.

  4. Natural Gas is great, for sure, but having several reliable/steady and even overlapping energy systems I think is more prudent. And no windy mills and solar don’t count because they’re not reliable and certainly unstable.
    Hydro, gas and nuclear are all great, none are perfect.
    Coal in the ground is a nice reserve.
    I have two energy systems at home, electricity and NG. Both are backed up by wood and gasoline.
    You have a poor plan if there’s no Plan B.

    1. Absolutely. For good strategic reasons we should use all four practical energy sources. Coal, oil, natural gas and nuclear and hydro. Oh, five then.

It was not bad enough when they allowed a very select minority in Scotland to change the name of a local pub, it was not bad enough when they allowed a very select minority to ‘groom’ their children, it was not bad enough when they allowed religious devotions by a very select minority to be performed in public, it was not bad enough when they allowed ‘new’ citizens to establish their own courts within their ‘own’ communities, for all these reasons Britain is not becoming Canada, Britain led the way! Stupid Canadians just followed along.

    That is very true! After all, if they haven’t converted, when the day comes that the islamists eventually take control and start imposing shariah law on them, suddenly they’ll change their minds about how wonderful Hamas is and how evil Israel is for defending itself.
