  1. Yep, she’s a barber alright. Shaving off responsibility and due diligence.

But rejoice people, she brings in new acronym: DEIB (diversity equity inclusion and belonging).

  2. “And the very first time I crossed it was on foot, when I chased that bully Corn Pop. Yeah, that’s it! Just before I signed up for my second tour in Nam … where I won the Congressional Medal of Honor for single-handedly erasing an entire enemy patrol.”

    1. What hasn’t Biden done?

Ans: Spoken a truthful sentence in his entire life.

      What hasn’t Biden seen?

Ans: An honestly earned dollar in his bank account.

  3. Uh … Joe, the Baltimore region has been my home for 40 years, and I’ve driven on that bridge. There’s no rail line there. And it was, at best, the 3rd option for commuting between DC and Del. The two Baltimore tunnels would have to be massively jammed to make the Key Bridge a better/faster option. (And sometimes, driving across the Chesapeake Bay bridge and up the DelMarVa peninsula is faster than any of the Baltimore routes.)

  4. We shouldn’t make fun of someone who is in the advance stage of dementia. Just kidding, go ahead.

  5. TBF to FAKE President Biden’s cognitive awareness … he does rather consistently push the narrative that he is a mass transit commuter … and doesn’t really drive anywhere except around his own driveway in a classic old corvette that the ChiCom’s bought for him. He just likes to sit in it and read classified documents he stole while he was VP.

    So there’s that.

  6. Now we can spend a few billion on a replacement. Name it the James w. Johnson Bridge.

    1. Replace? No way. Big Dig Baltimore! It’ll cost ten times more than a new bridge, and have ten times the space for graft. Big Dig Boston cost ~$8 billion, I’m confident Baltimore can find ways to make it cost $80 billion.

      1. Baltimore already has two tunnels, and those have restrictions on what can be moved through them as well as height limits. So, I think the harbor and trucking interests would put up a big fight over adding a third tunnel rather than a new bridge. I don’t think there’s enough graft to buy them off.

    2. There’s no way it won’t be renamed after St. George Floyd. Key had slaves after all.

  7. *My comment was immediately deleted*

I used the terms competence and DEI, did that upset the works?

  8. The SF Bay Area has a bridge like that Chesapeake Bay bridge … an old steel “erector set” kind of bridge. Narrow and nasty to drive. It’s called the Richmond-San Rafael bridge and it connects the ghetto (sorry) of Richmond with the ultra luxury of Marin County. The bridge literally has a giant sag in the middle of it that makes it appear as though it were a pre-collapsed bridge. It is AWFUL to drive. Narrow and always jam-packed with traffic.

But this is California, Joe Biden … and there isn’t a commuter rail line across the bridge … but the State and local governments DID close one of the narrow automobile lanes and replace it with a bike lane! Yeayyyy … the rich people of Marin can ride their $5k bikes to the Richmond ghetto! Yeayyy. Yes, it has made automobile traffic worse … way worse. All for the 25 cyclists per week who dare to ride the sagging erector-set.

To say the SF Bay Area is Leftist-INSANE … doesn’t come nearly close-enough.

    1. “Yes, it has made automobile traffic worse … way worse.”

That was the real goal all along. “Bike lanes” is a ruse to throttle transportation – anything to handcuff the economy and collapse the country – on our journey to Year Zero. It’s what commies do.

    1. 🙂 … the world’s oldest profession. I dare say she’s been “fully” employed, her whole life

  9. Is Boaty McBoatface damaged? Got a schlur? Did Cappy blow? How day feelin?
    Forget the victim bridge.
There’s no money to rebuild, Ukes got it.
The steel would come from Asia anyway.

    1. the bridge is 47 years old. from the days when the USA did thing by themselves , 3rd largest span in the US. Its a biggun

  10. I remember when the iron workers used to rub my legs for luck every morning before climbing the superstructure.
    You think I’m joking

  11. He also remembers liberating Auschwitz from the Taliban and winning the World Series with a home run against Real Madrid.

  12. shows he was wandering off course a long time ago . that bridge is 20 km from the route from Washington to Delaware

  13. Peter Butt-whatever claims the collapse was because the bridge was racist.
    Seriously.
His brief comments start around 3:46.
He actually claims that the design of the bridge was racist. Not sure how the engineering firm that designed the bridge would answer that. Other videos have the press questioning him on how he can also fix the racism structured into roads.

  14. Was the accident the fault of the Port Comissioner, just for fun look at a speeded up version of footage before impact. Looks like the boat applied more power, veered hard starboard and hit the pier square. Hmmm??

  15. What I had heard yesterday was the ship lost power and subsequently control. Sent out a warning to the Coastguard and other agencies were contacted and the bridge was shut down just before the collision, otherwise the death toll would have been greater.
