Well, all the commissioned ranks will be there, that’s for sure.
Nope. This is an Jr NCM mess. “Huron Club Jr Rank Mess and that soldiers from different messes are required to have permission from their commanding officers”. Other ranks can only get in by invitation only. And they can be required to leave if any member of the Jr Ranks mess complains. Nobody wants their superiors nosing about their place of entertainment, and no supervisor wants to be seen fraternizing with their subordinates. Sorry, them trannies is for Jr Ranks only.
Yup. We know that. And there are combined ranks messes; such as CFS Leitrim, where I was a member.
Nothing wrong with combined messes and all-ranks watering holes, but Borden being Borden the separation of ranks is enforced.
I was at Borden this past weekend and I can vouch that the men’s washrooms are fully stocked with “menstrual” products.
Don’t worry, I’m sure there will still be plenty left for the Drag Queen Bingo party.
But I wonder if the ladies restroom is mandated to provide the same menstrual products??

About questionable scenarios: Is it ethical for a Commander to use public funds to finance pushing LGBTQ ideology, such as painting rainbow crosswalks, flying LGBTQ flags on bases, using DND buildings to create safe spaces? Those “religious” scenarios, is it even worth asking if they only portray Christians, or do they also involve other religions some of which advocate throwing gays off tall buildings?
I suspect in future what is voluntary these days will be mandatory because you can’t offend the alphabet people. Frankly it makes me sick.

When I was vetted by a commissioning board of senior officers a lot of the interview was designed to decide whether or not I was a normal not insane functioning adult. I guess they don’t do that anymore.
Oh, I’m sure they still do it, Rusty. But up is now down and down is up.
Two types make the grade nowadays. Those who are insane and those who profess to have no problem with insanity.
