1. Excellent news. Unfortunately the good samaritan has spent a year in legal jeopardy before being cleared.

2. The old Texas murder defense worked, “He needed killing.”

   1. The armed robber was shot 9 times. 4-4-1.

      The first four were clearly self defense, as the robber had a gun and was threatening everyone in the restaurant. The next four, when the robber was down on the ground, and he dropped his gun? The gun was within reach, so probably still good for self defense? Maybe?

      The last shot though? The robber was down, and the defender has removed the robber’s gun, then he puts a shot in the now defenseless robber’s head.

      I wonder if the grand jury said, “The robber was probably dead or dying after the first four shots, so who cares if he shot him an extra time?”

      IOW? He needed killing!

      The neighborhood and the guy defending the people in the restaurant look to be poor enough, that the robber’s family probably will not file a civil lawsuit.

         just curious what make/model might that be is it possible to discern certain models with fuzzy image? ll dunno. lots of round hit the target area.

         firearms qualification, 3rd time l ever held a revolver.
         20/20 rounds in the target area. 1 of 2 perfect out of abt 50
         other one was the instructor. the rest of them were so offended the old guy bested them none of them asked whats the trick.
         so l didnt tell them. l applied photo technique, kept both eyes open, didnt squint and thereby reduce vision, instead l trained my brain to ignore the image coming from the other eye than the one lm sighting with.
         and that rick was developed to monitor things in the frame of the shot with whats outside and about to enter field of view.

         sadly about 2 years after l gave it up a cop was shot in the process of them converting to glocks and accustoming themselves to semis instead of revolvers.
         yup.
         cop fergot a semi can still hold 1 round

      This was a good outcome. Stupid moron got what he deserved threatening everyone with a gun. If you wave a firearm around, you should expect bad consequences.

      And not really surprising that a grand jury refused to indict.

4. DA Ogg (D-Soros) wanted to charge this guy, and she may charge him with something else to satisfy the local crime enthusiasts

5. That guy in the back corner by the jukebox – directly in the line of fire – was completely unfazed. Food must be pretty good there.

8. I’m quite shocked as to this outcome only because the hero, who mag dumped the scumbag, didn’t stick around for the cops to arrive and actually left the scene of the shooting, if I remember correctly.
