Why this blog?
Until this moment I have been forced to listen while media and politicians alike have told me "what Canadians think". In all that time they never once asked.
This is just the voice of an ordinary Canadian yelling back at the radio -
"You don't speak for me."

I always thought SNC_L a hang-out for retired (or just tired) Liberals. Seems to equate for me.
Yeah well, this also is further evidence that Canadian companies which appear foreign own masks the reality that much of Canada’s investment is abroad. Many countries citizens whine about Canadians owning everything.
Quebec has always been the bad son in Canada, however, it does have an upside and it’s a good one. Quebec is not going to let the muslims take over their province or mess with their particular culture ….. whether it’s riddled with corruption, failing socialist programs funded by Alberta, driving too fast, drinking too much beer or whatever …. it’s theirs, they own it and they like it the way it is. Kudos to them for that. They may be the ones who start turning the idiotic multicultural ship around and get us on the road to being who we are and proud of it …. again. LIke it used to be when Canadians where Canadians without a hyphen.
Quebec has the best of all worlds. All of it’s failing socialist programs are carried financially by the ROC and not one has the nuts to tell them the free ride is over. Just like with the Indians. However, I don’t see a single thing the the indians are offering that is a positive for anyone, but maybe that’s just me …. oh well, it’s not a perfect world is it.
This is what we deserve for funding separatism and bilingualism for 60 years.
well offy, if U travel in central/south America, be Canadian, and not queerbecer, many of those places hate the frogs from queerbec
as to corruption and such, it’s about 20 years ago when a canadian co was building a dam in central America when they did just as they pleased, destroying anything and every thing, not good for foreign bus relations. Then there is the fiasco of the garment factory in Honduras when a exec. from the queerbec head office walked into the meeting in NYNY (if I recall correctly, tho it may have been wash. DC)and simply said the place was being shut down and operations shifted to china
the sooner queerbec separates the better!!!!

“My moment with Moammar”
“As we sprinted across Moammar Gadhafi’s front lawn, we had to swerve to avoid the camels.
It was a bizarre obstacle course: dozens of the ungainly creatures, sitting, standing, and yes, fornicating.”

Comment from a restaurant and pub owner … Whitefish Montana …. “We had a bus tour of Canadians in here last week. What a bunch of assholes! They were from Quebec.
My reply … yeah … the only thing worse than Toronto.

I was not talking about south america feels about Quebeckers vs other Canadians as to how well behaved they are as tourists or as foreign employers. I was talking about how they are the only members of the western world who are standing up to the devastating multicultural policies in this country. I say good on them and I hope they stick to it. Someone has to start ending this politically correct sell out of our culture, security, prosperity and freedom to speak and function as we wish in order to preserve what is important to us …. good or bad, nice or naughty. It’s ours to lose or protect. Quebec is in protect mode.
And I should add that calling Quebecers ‘Queerbecers’ is childish and shows us that you have anger and hatred for the inhabitants of Canada’s most unusual province. You need to grow up and get a grip. You need to learn how to quickly find the topic of a comment you are attempting to read and understand. Don’t reply until you are sure you know what you are talking about, otherwise you will look stupid.
My cousin in Germany is a software programmer and develops software for companies around the world, including France and Quebec. The Quebecers want the programs made to their language specs because France French is not, their words, real French. go figure.
OK General note to all posters here:
1: Please proof-read before posting. Sometimes a dropped conjunction or preposition can make a statement unintelligible.
2: Cut the crap about the French language versus the French language. Quebecers have the same attitude to the French as the Americans do towards the British; but with more resentment because they didn’t come to the defense of New France.
I am an Englishman who is fluent in French (and understand the local patois) and feel quite comfortable anywhere in Canada. French Canadians are a good lot, the Quebec provincial political class are not.
Do not confuse the two.
Just to clarify, I am an Englishman by race and birth, I am a Canadian by choice. Thank you very much, Canada.
