Blacklocks finds Blacklist

There is a federal lending agency, Farm Credit Canada(FCC) that pretty much every farmer deals with in one way or another. They were gearing up to do Trudeau’s dirty work.

A federal bank, Farm Credit Canada of Regina, began blacklisting customers suspected of sympathizing with the Freedom Convoy. Critics of Emergencies Act orders targeting bank account holders yesterday called the measure punitive and unlawful: “Everyone has the right to be secure against unreasonable search or seizure.”

Holly Doan- Consequences included suspension of loans.

Aaron Wudrick– One Liberal-appointed senator, a former federal judge said financial blacklisting of political protesters was unlawful. “this process designed to punish a person, even temporarily, by seizure of assets without any judicial oversight is a clear violation of s,8 of the Charter”

FCC responds- FCC has not compiled any list with respect to the Freedom Convoy. Prior to the Emergencies Act being revoked, FCC was working to understand how to implement the requirements of the act. No actions had been taken and, with the revocation of the Act, no actions are anticipated.

Blacklock’s- FCC didn’t respond to questions yesterday. It’s not telling the truth today. FCC is lying and knows it.

We need a whole new system to finance things in Canada. ASAP

  1. Someone should ask Kenney if ATB black-listed anyone, or provided information or stopped activity on an account.

  2. “We need a whole new system to finance things in Canada. ASAP”

Yes. Yes you do. Good luck with that.

      1. Don’t worry, your replacement and mine is coming in through Roxham Road as I type this.
THEY will replace us with a whole new population that will answer , ” yes sir , how high shall I jump sir.”
Unfortunately it ain’t the new Canada you want.

  3. Ontario wants to blow both feet off by going after the trucking companies business license as well as pull plates off of offending vehicles.
    Boom…
    Replacements? Don’t need them.
    Our supplies will deliver themselves.

  4. Man, I would love to see Blacklocks go far more viral. A news agency that does the digging the MSM won’t do. Wasn’t it them that broke the story of Canadian cell phones being tracked by Dr Tam & co? And JT giving $40 million to the Taliban shortly after they re-took Afghanistan?
Numbers, attending boring meetings, digging through documents and budgets, as opposed to being stenographers for whatever leftie cause or politician seems trendy.

    1. the only problem is that they have a big paywall, which prevents most people from actually seeing the full story

  5. A cynical person, not me of course, but a cynical person might want to write them – csc@fcc-fac.ca – and ask them if they know how long a prison sentence every member of their agency might be facing if convicted for violating the fundamental rights & freedoms of Canadians.

Speaking on behalf of a friend.

    1. With a Librano party hack judge? They no what they are facing, raises and bonuses, never confuse Canada with a real country.

  6. Do farmers have to deal with Farm Credit Canada? If not, don’t use them. Might be a good time for other lending agencies to become farm friendly.

    1. ScotiaBank is the preferred institution of the Hutterites. FCC is for those farmers the banks won’t loan money to.
I also understand, in Alberta anyway, there is a provincial version. I cannot remember the order, however, as you had to be rejected by one to be considered by the other.

      1. I know a guy; Ill call him Noah Guy, who worked in Central America and Mexico and encountered numerous groups of Hutts / Mennonites that spoke only Spanish but sported Canadian passports. Scotia bank was / maybe still is very active in Central America.

  7. So anyone still going to tell me why we need the f*cking federal government?
    National Defense anyone?
    Health Care?
    Transportation?
    Our border cops, lol?
    Roads?
    Banks?
    Sewers?
    Snow plowing?
    Lotteries?
Do we need the FCC? The CRTC? The RCMP? The f*cking CBC? The Indian Act?
Do we need people in embassies all over the world?

    Yeah no.
The federal government is a monster that needs to be slayed by the provinces.
    That’s not sedition, that’s progress.

    1. “The finance minister, a millionaire Rhodes Scholar, frequently invoked the farm as proof her family was not part of the “Upper Canada elite.””

Right, only the walking brain dead and the presstitutes would go along with that.

  8. Ah yes the oldest trick in totalitarian book.

Bankrupt the farmers and starve the population.

Who needs enemies with a government like that.

    Squirrel

    Russia Russia Russia

  9. Given recent events it seems that the best way to affect a change of gov’t policy is to have the banks put pressure on them.

Start a Farmer’s Freedom campaign. Educate people how to take action against financial institutions until they get the gov’t to change. Things like swearing off credit and only using it in case of emergency. Buy what you need and avoid buying what you want. Pay for things in cash and support locals instead of large chains, unless those chains also sign on. Keep bank balances at a minimum whenever possible.

Don’t make it easy for the surveillance state, get in the habit of leaving the phone at home when meeting with friends, where possible. Refuse to become the product by ditching things like electronic rewards programs. In short punish the gov’t by attempting to keep your digital footprint as small as possible. The less data they have to analyze the harder it will be for them. They’ve sucked people in with convenience but that convenience comes at the price of digital slavery. Choose wisely.

  10. This is a huge scandal. Canadians need to know this is happening. It would violate their sense of fair play — which I think some Canadians still value.

  11. You always have bitcoin as an option. A couple things though. Make sure its a self custodial wallet (no one can see your key). Might have to use IP address blocker as well.

  12. Of course.
All the big shots are gobbling up farmland.
Get the FCC to screw and bankrupt a few more farmers and that land comes up for sale, probably will be offered by the FCC to the chosen few to buy.

I might have to break down and buy a subscription to Blacklocks, they seem to be doing a great job.

  13. The Lieberal party corruption runs very deep in Kanada.
The courts and senior civil service are practically all Lieberal party members. Many are likely party insiders as well.

  14. I met Art Mainil in 04. He promoted farmers freedom to sell their own wheat to anyone. He described farmers being dragged away in handcuffs for the crime of selling their wheat without a CWB permit in the US.
Of course they are lying, this is liberal govermnet, nothing is out of bounds.
Every crime committed by govermnet in Canada was created by Liberal elites, and it won’t stop now.

  15. Face it we need a royal commission set up to investigate the finance industry, without a shred of evidence they came at their customers because the Liberal party told them to. I am sickened, at every level they come attack ordinary Canadians, strip us of our rights, seize bank accounts based on lawful donations, based on an emergency act that was never legally binding.

  16. CCU in Alberta. Just about to dump my big 5 bank accounts. They all can pound salt. Treated me like crap after my wife’s death. Ignorant and treated me like a number.

CCU were wonderful. Even got compassionate hugs with a few tears shed together. Felt like family which wanted to truly help me. Can’t say enough.

    Check them out.
