When you ask for an autopsy…
If you’re a public health official that actually gives a crap about the “public” or maybe an opposition party politician looking to ask some hard questions this would be a very good place to start.

Another study confirming what nearly everyone observed in the laboratory of real life.
The wearing of masks to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and other respiratory illnesses had almost no effect at the societal level, according to a rigorous new review of the available research.
“Interestingly, 12 trials in the review, ten in the community and two among healthcare workers, found that wearing masks in the community probably makes little or no difference to influenza-like or COVID-19-like illness transmission,” writes Tom Jefferson, a British epidemiologist and co-author of the Cochrane Library’s new report on masking trials. “Equally, the review found that masks had no effect on laboratory-confirmed influenza or SARS-CoV-2 outcomes. Five other trials showed no difference between one type of mask over another.”
That finding is significant, given how comprehensive Cochrane’s review was.

Following the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, several countries faced short-term fertility declines in 2020 and 2021, a development which did not materialize in Scandinavian and German-speaking countries. However, more recent birth statistics show a steep fertility decline in the aftermath of the pandemic in 2022. We aim to provide data on the unexpected birth decline in 2022 in Germany and Sweden and relate these data to pandemic-related contextual developments which could have influenced the post-pandemic fertility development. We rely on monthly birth statistics and present seasonally adjusted monthly Total Fertility Rates (TFR) for Germany and Sweden. We relate the nine-months lagged fertility rates to contextual developments regarding COVID-19 mortality and morbidity, unemployment rates, and COVID-19 vaccinations.
The seasonally adjusted monthly TFR of Germany dropped from 1.5-1.6 in 2021 to 1.3-1.4 in 2022, a decline of about 14 %. In Sweden, the corresponding TFR dropped from about 1.7 in 2021 to 1.5-1.6 in 2022, a decline of almost 10 %. There is no association of the fertility trends with changes in unemployment, infection rates, or COVID-19 deaths. However, there is a strong association between the onset of vaccination programmes and the fertility decline nine months after of this onset. The fertility decline in the first months of 2022 in Germany and Sweden is remarkable. Common explanations of fertility change during the pandemic do not apply in its aftermath. The association between the onset of mass vaccinations and subsequent fertility decline indicates that people adjusted their behaviour to get vaccinated before becoming pregnant, as societies were opening up with post-pandemic life conditions. Our study provides novel information on fertility declines in countries previously not affected by any COVID-19 baby bust. We provide a first appraisal of the COVID-19-fertility nexus in the immediate aftermath of the pandemic.

Science follows politics.
Maryanne Demasi, reports- EXCLUSIVE: Lead author of new Cochrane review speaks out
The updated review titled “Physical interventions to interrupt or reduce the spread of acute respiratory viruses” found that wearing masks in the community probably makes little or no difference to influenza-like or covid-19-like illness transmission.
This comes off the back of three years of governments mandating the use of face masks in the community, schools and hospital settings. Just last month, the WHO upgraded its guidelines advising “anyone in a crowded, enclosed, or poorly ventilated space” to wear a mask.
Jefferson and his colleagues also looked at the evidence for social distancing, hand washing, and sanitising/sterilising surfaces — in total, 78 randomised trials with over 610,000 participants.
And if the jabbed and boosted don’t have enough to worry about.
In Vancouver, it appears that Leftists do not only disagree with Free Speech, but they will angrily attack you if you dare say anything they disagree with. This occurred on March 27, 2021.
The gentleman with the megaphone, Alexander Lasarev, is claiming that Angry Bicycle Man is none other than the current vice-president and chief medical officer at BC Cancer, Dr. Kim Nguyen Chi. British Columbia Crown counsel has “determined” there is not enough evidence to present to the court. Much more here.

John Campbell has been one of my “go-to” sources when it comes to information about Covid, and this interview covers a lot of topics in one convenient go. Neil Oliver engages Dr. Campbell in a discussion of his background and career and then delves into various aspects of Covid and pandemic policy.
Campbell is no conspiracy theorist, but approaches the topic of Covid by recognizing that there are degrees of evidence when it comes to analyzing the effectiveness and safety of various treatments. There is an unfortunate tendency, for instance, to treat the topic of adverse vaccine reactions as if the evidence is utterly conclusive (rare and always treatable) and we can simply close down the discussion. The same goes for Ivermectin and excess deaths, which are discussed in this interview.
Interesting to note that Campbell is no longer certain that, if he knew back then what he knows now about the vaccines, he would be inclined to take the shot.
Update: Robert here. I hope my SDA colleague, Dennis, doesn’t mind but this video directly from John Campbell, is directly related.
Two peas in a pod.
Stephen McIntyre- Unfortunately, in their zeal to silence supposed disinformation, Lewandowsky and his “Expert Panel” perpetrated analysis of the type that we’ve seen too often from the fellowship that countenanced Hide the Decline. Let’s start with sourcing “2800 deaths”. This figure appears in their Table 4.2, which stated that misinformation resulted in 8% fewer vaccinations, resulting in 2800 extra deaths (35% !) in period from Mar 1, 2021 to Nov 27, 2021. Compared to model.

It must be mentioned that we are now in February 2023, not March 2020!
This “research” appears to be some of The Science™ that they’re following: Physical interventions to interrupt or reduce the spread of respiratory viruses A quick read through this document exposes this phrase appearing repeatedly: “very low‐certainty evidence”
An inside source has revealed that compliance to this ridiculous masking rule is only being followed by about 2% of people at the campus.

Better late than never is progress, one supposes, when it comes to the left-wing corporate media. The mantra of “listen to the experts” has less to do with informed consent and more to do with unquestioning obedience coupled with the gaslighting of dissenters. In the end, “team science” just succeeded in wrecking their own credibility.
What we did not properly appreciate is that preferences determine how scientific expertise is used, and that our preferences might be—indeed, our preferences were—very different from many of the people that we serve. We created policy based on our preferences, then justified it using data. And then we portrayed those opposing our efforts as misguided, ignorant, selfish, and evil.
We made science a team sport, and in so doing, we made it no longer science. It became us versus them, and “they” responded the only way anyone might expect them to: by resisting.
In fiscal year 2022, long after the rest of the world had ended quarantine hotel restrictions and after the government had lifted travel restrictions, at one Calgary area hotel, the federal Liberal government spent $6,790,717.46 on lodging expenses for….
…..wait for it….
15 people.
That works out to $452,714.50 spent per person on a quarantine hotel after they ended most travel restrictions.
It’s not unreasonable to assume some of this bounced into Liberal campaign coffers.
Yeah, I know. It’s just an anecdote. No triple blind whirling somersault study to back it up. But it’s interesting nonetheless as it comes from someone who has been an unrelenting cheerleader for the mass vaccination program. It’s just not working out as well as hoped for, on a personal level.
….Vossoughian had mysterious aches in her chest for 10 days, culminating in chest and shoulder pain so severe that she wound up in the emergency room.
She was held for four nights before being discharged. But three days after that, she felt a “a butterfly” in her heart – or, less poetically, an arrhythmia – and was hospitalized again, with myocarditis, for five more nights, and was given a “battery” of tests before being released.Even Dr. Rochelle Walensky would not call a case of myopericarditis that required nine days of hospitalization “mild.”
Yes, she’s jabbed.
Dr. John Campbell has raised his delivery to art form.
Tasking a military unit with essentially spying on your nation’s citizens is not something to be scoffed at. And this from an allegedly conservative government. One can only wonder what other governments around the world were getting up to at that time.
A shadowy Army unit secretly spied on British citizens who criticised the Government’s Covid lockdown policies, The Mail on Sunday can reveal. They compiled dossiers on public figures such as ex-Minister David Davis, who questioned the modelling behind alarming death toll predictions, as well as journalists such as Peter Hitchens and Toby Young. Their dissenting views were then reported back to No 10.
The information was then used to orchestrate Government responses to criticisms of policies such as the stay-at-home order, when police were given power to issue fines and break up gatherings. It also allowed Ministers to push social media platforms to remove posts and promote Government-approved lines.
Julia Hartley-Brewer was another prominent target.
