    Given the diversity within the legal methodologies of different schools of jurisprudence, the Centre for Decrees and Doctrines brings together scholars who are affiliated to one of the five major schools and are well versed with their school’s legal methodology. Based on the questions that arise within their respective communities, scholars decide what issues they want to collectively focus and deliberate on. Each scholar individually researches the issues within the bounds of their school’s legal methodology. Scholars then convene, once a quarter, at the centre to collectively discuss their research findings. After sharing their respective research and opinions, scholars endeavour to arrive at a unanimous opinion that they can all collectively agree upon. This is usually based on what can be established as the minimum requirements of the Sharia. If a unanimous opinion is achieved, the Centre for Decrees and Doctrines propose it as a decree (fatwā) or a doctrine (ʿaqīda).

    1. The King just read out a statement in Parliament that Canada is stolen land, meaning the basis of the nation is void, so I see no reason that the British PM wouldn’t be proclaiming Sharia law in Britain.

      The problem with upper class twits is that they are -stupid- and don’t understand things. They go all-in with whatever is fashionable in their upper-class circles of the day, and command the peasantry (that would be us, by the way Kenji, an unfamiliar concept to Americans) to obey their edicts. This is how we get #KingJugEars proclaiming that Canaduh is stolen land, unceded to the Crown from it’s conveniently all dead former owners.

      What they consistently don’t understand, over the lonnng history of Western Civilization, is that when everyone grumbles and goes along that is not obedience. It’s not agreement either. That is INERTIA. It is far too much trouble to make a ruckus over a few insults, and so no one does anything.

      If they let it go at that, nothing bad would happen. But because they are -stupid- and don’t understand that we’re letting them live because it’s too much trouble to do otherwise, they KEEP PUSHING. And pushing, and pushing, and pushing.

      Witness #HerrSchturmer endorsing #Sharia in Ye Olde Country, because he thinks if he just tells the English to shut up, they will. They always have before, after all. #CarkMarney is about to do the same thing here, he’s yammering about a Palestinian State, something we Canadians are not even entitled to an opinion on.

      The thing they don’t get is that inertia works both ways. You push hard enough to overcome friction (or as I like to call it, common decency) then the thing you started in motion is going to KEEP MOVING. And it is going to pick up speed, because as we all know friction drops off sharply once you break something loose.

      One never knows exactly when the friction will be overcome. In the USA I contend it was the 2020 election and Covid. That’s the straw that broke the camel’s back for you guys. Openly lying and cheating elections was a bridge too far.

      We here in Canada have not had our straw yet. The Normies swallowed what you guys threw back in their faces.

      In Britain, I am hearing a lot of talk that things are already moving, and no amount of rearranging the deck chairs is going to change anything. The thing everyone forgets about the English is that they are b@st@rds. Once you get them in a fight, all the rules are suspended and they will do -anything-.

      2. A civil war or a revolution?
        Although I’m certainly not advocating, I believe revolution seems to be the appropriate term.
        The state, its police, its bureaucracy, its armed forces, may be battling a citizenry that sees and is given no other option but to overthrow the bloody iron fist that threatens their existence.
