  1. Proclaiming the need for emissions reduction by engaging in a spectacular display of emissions.
We used to refer to people like these as nads.

  2. ” … massive pyrotechnical show examining the perils of climate change”

A massive pyrotechnical show “examines” the perils of climate change???

Who writes this kind of shit?

    1. Waddaya mean. I had three beers and a cigar today to raise awareness of the perils of climate change. We’re all in this together.

  3. So how is this considered SCIENCE ? Please help me gain an understanding of how this conclusion can be determined, or is it shut up and pay your carbon tax as this is your future if you ask questions.

  4. It’s a bit like flying your private jet halfway around the planet, to meet with other rich ‘holes who are equally concerned about the carbon emissions generated by the serfs.

    1. They were trying to simulate the colors of the ” fag flag”, did not work out so well, but I wonder what these spectators thought they were breathing during this climate change aknowledgement fiasco. Was Health Canada there to ensure that warning labels were on every pyro technic that was used, IE: “breathing these fumes in order to promote Justin Trudeaus climate change wet dream could be hazardous to your health” in both official languages. Betcha that smoke was rated as environmentaly acceptable.

    1. Would there have been any contribution to climate change if the aforementioned grey smoke was used?

    2. Climate change disproportionately impacts ‘The Gays’ … I read that somewhere. So it must be true. We need a ‘conversation’ about that.

      Yeah, right

  5. I somehow missed the explanation of how colourfully polluting the air can “examine the perils of climate change”.

    1. Also missing is the scientific explanation of how carbon emissions increase the temperature of the planet.

    1. Oh I get it! Just like our prime minister’s government jet and all the climate zealot’s private jets emit no CO2.

  6. And the fireworks were enthusiastically set off with gay abandon…..

  7. Another example of the festering boil of social pus from which leaders like the Turd emerge.

  8. There are few, but increasingly frequent, examples of things that render me speechless. This is 1 of them. Guess it served some sort of purpose with that. Doug Ford, you can have Ontario. How can I move my farm someplace sane?

  9. VANCOUVER [B.C.] — City officials say one person is dead and two others are injured following a fire in Vancouver’s downtown eastside Saturday morning.

The fire department confirmed the small blaze ignited on the second floor of the Empress Hotel on East Hastings Street.

Acting assistant fire chief Walter Pereira says early indications are it was accidentally started after an overcharged electric bicycle battery exploded.

  10. This shite will never end until the silent majority wakes the hell up and say no more bullshit . The chances of that happening are pretty slim .

    1. What ‘silent majority’? The mass of people are conditioned by mask wearing dictates, non stop covid paranoia and all that into a compliance that is unseemly for an nation of free people. ‘Free stuff’ trumps free living for way too many.

      1. Free stuff is about to run out, one way or the other:

        1. Massive government cutbacks and high rates to rein in inflation and restore the fisc.
        2. Hyperinflation, where a wheelbarrow load of canuck bucks won’t buy stuff.

        1. requires courage, resolve and a willingness to risk politicians’ futures. Not going to happen, especially with the feckless garbage on offer. Expect #2, which will result in societal breakdown, politicians will wish they risked their futures instead of forfeiting their lives. Too bad, I wish I could care less, but I can’t.

        Prepare.

  11. I hear climate change is a safe and effective way to save the world.. I know this because your not allowed to talk about it in any bad way..

    1. Anthropogenic global warming cannot be challenged, because it is based on scientifically flawed theory, and does not withstand challenges mounted on the basis of objective reality. Once objective reality is abandoned, we’re no longer discussing science, we’re discussing theology.
