8. Her conduct is reckless and negligent, and thus criminal intent with her “depraved indifference” to the obviously lethal consequences of her behaviour, obvious to anyone she is promoting violence with no care for anyone who might get hurt.

   Water’s ugliness is up front and influential. When somebody inevitably dies in Minneapolis over the Chauvin trial, from rioting she instructs, regardless of the verdict, as she exhorts, she is a lightning rod for violence and should be charged criminally.
