After two decisions from this Court and multiple failed regulatory attempts, the Federal Government has arrived at a solution that exempts the Little Sisters from the source of their complicity-based concerns—the administratively imposed contraceptive mandate.
We hold today that the Departments had the statutory authority to craft that exemption, as well as the contemporaneously issued moral exemption. We further hold that the rules promulgating these exemptions are free from procedural defects.

I don’t know why this took so long as Obama was clearly trying to extinguish the First Amendment rights (and common sense) of the nuns by forcing them to offer services people should know aren’t seen as acceptable by the Church.

Regardless of any other factor, contraception is purely a lifestyle choice.
People choose whether or not to have sex, and thanks to contraception they can choose when to procreate.
If everyone is forced to pay for these lifestyle choices, shouldn’t everyone have access to the lifestyle? On a rotating basis perhaps…
