A carbon tax should be a sales tax based on estimated CO2 generated to produce products by category from specific countries. The current carbon tax on Canadian only goods will simply tax us out of business. We will simply buy substitute goods from countries that produce a lot more CO2 to manufacture goods than we do. Result – we destroy our industry and the world produces more CO2. Trudeau is so effing stupid.
