That is slowly going away as the country becomes more “Progressive”. Now, just calling attention to a pretty woman is considered rape or at least harrassment, in the modern world.
Men can be pigs, that spans all cultural barriers. Women can also be less than desirable, from scolding harpies to fat, ugly, feminists, with tattoos, piercings and chips on their shoulders, this is not unique to just modern countries! I wouldn’t want anything to do with the ones in Canada, either.
There are many beautiful, smart, hard working Mexican ladies, such as the one the owns and runs the small boutique hotel we are currently staying at.. She has nothing in common with those protesters in Mexico City!
For the record, I’ve been going to Mexico since before I could remember and half of my family IS Mexican, they came over from Spain the 1500’s.

Funniest thing about the video was the woman who threw it ran like hell the other way.

The cleaning lady at the hotel has a family and works 7 days a week. The lady that owns the hotel, also too busy to strike or protest (against what, herself?!).. They are lucky there are cameras everywhere now and that it is so progressive, in the old days, protests were met with an armed response! They didn’t last very long!
If she was ironing a heat transfer vinyl decal of herself throwing a firebomb at her like minded protesters onto her protest costume would she self reflect for a second?
My son who played ball internationally is going to teach his nieces how to throw a ball properly. They are looking forward to the lessons and practise.
