  1. I don’t fear Bolton’s testimony per se, it seems apparent from the rollout that this is just another Shakespearean innuendo burger (full of sound and fury, signifying nothing). What needs to be shut down is the never-ending clown show where the process is the punishment.

    1. John Bolton is John Brennen’s butt boy.. He is a loyal CIA operative… When he tried to Record Putin & Trump during their private walk in Helsinki, the Russians stopped him.. He got punched out cold….Had a patch over his eye during the Post News Conference in Helsinki… Brennen went nuts and called Trumps lack of response treason…..Did anyone ask Bolton how he got the injured eye?

The “Pot-Dem-kins” desperate desire to prove the constitutional standard for impeachment is “Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.” So far we have no evidence of President Trump engaging in, treason, axe murder, outright theft, or bribery…

    The “Pot-Dem-kins” have simply failed to meet the standard, so all their “who flung poo” attempts have fallen flat like a giant cow paddy.

    Time to flush out the Augean Stables on the Potomac.

    Of course the “Pot-Dem-kins” will continue to laud the righteousness of their cause that “Orange man is bad”.

  6. Astounding that such a farce got this far, amazing that liberals are trying to push it further, but not surprising.

    Liberal republicans, bureaucrats, democrats, and the wealthy who own them would like to keep this farce going indefinitely, they have already put their weasels in charge of foreign policy, like LCol Vindmann for example. Or the former CIA director who voted Communist, Brennan. Etc. ad nauseum. Domestic policy bureaucrats are owned by the same people, Betsy DeVoss has had to fight education bureaucrats fiercely.

    If left-wing liberal weasels can reduce the legislative, judicial, and the executive branch’s of government to perpetual useless pontificating, like an Obama speech, that would satisfy them greatly.

  7. I’m not so sure that it’s over this week.

    This quote taken from a tweet I saw just a few moments ago:
    “Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, told Fox News that “the president will be acquitted, and I think it will be this week, but you’ve unleashed the forces of partisan hell on future presidents if we legitimize this.”

    Now, I’m one of those who thinks that Trump WANTS witnesses to be called, so he can use this BS trial as the means to open all the cans of worms that the establishment wants kept closed. (Including being a witness himself.) And Graham is very much on his side. Now that “but” phrase is the key. “…but you’ve unleashed the forces of partisan hell on future presidents if we legitimize this.” By which he means legitimizing impeachment as a political tactic. Which in turn means they (Trump, Graham et al) will NOT legitimize it by letting it get shut down before they get to take the kill shot on the establishment monsters behind this.

    The Storm may be about to break.

  8. In my view, the problem with witnesses is that they are more fodder for the anti-Trump manipulators in the media. Doesn’t matter what the witnesses actually say and intend, the media will twist the story as much as possible to make Trump look bad. Best not to give them that opportunity.

  9. My theory is that the establishment Dems couldn’t take the chance of Bolton’s testimony being a dud and the quid pro quo of getting that testimony – agreeing to let Hunter be called would ruin the already shaky candidacy of his father.

    And that is because of the rise in Sanders’ fortunes. They are freaked by it.

  10. The problem that no one has elaborated on is Romney and any other Republican or Democrat that has an interest in running for President. If this impeachment is allowed it clears the stage for Romney once again. That being said any Senator that has any intention of running for President should recuse themselves from the vote since there is a direct conflict of interest. The other consideration the Democrats are scared ‘Schifftless’ of is that if Trump wins the 2020 election and the American economy continues into his next term how do they fight the election in 2024 when either Don Jr. or Ivanka step in to continue the old Man’s policies. That dear Reader is what is keeping the Democrats awake at night.

    1. I don’t think anyone, in the USA, is ever voting for a “royal family” again. They had the Clintons, they had the Bushes. The Kennedys tried it. Looks like the Obamas may take a shot.

      Just my opinion, but I think the tolerance for a defacto aristocracy, is very low for the foreseeable future. At least in the USA. In Canada, we gonna have Trudeau the fifth soon.

  11. The current crop of republicans have to the most corrupt group of politicians I have seen in a long time and that is a very high bar.
    Their refusal to insist on witnesses with first hand knowledge of the allegations makes it pretty clear they know Trump is guilty as charged but they don’t care since corruption is fine as long as it is Republican corruption.
    So pathetic.

    1. That’s nonsense. The impeachment is political. Trump being guilty hinges on motive. Since we know Bidens are corrupt, it is just as likely he went after them to root out government corruption as to take down a political rival. If it was to root out corruption. That’s his job. Actually there is serious corruption on BOTH sides. Check out Peter Schweizer’s books to get the picture of what is really going on. Some Democrats really need to go to jail for their abuse of the system. Not having witnesses to prolong this fiasco is a service to the American people who are being torn apart by all of this. Unfortunately, it is also a service to the Bidens, but hopefully their corruption will soon be apparent to everyone.

    2. Seriously? Dude, your own side didn’t call witnesses, still haven’t released one witness transcript, and didn’t avail themselves to the time-honored way of compelling White House testimony. While we agree that the GOP has its corruption, do you mind pausing for a minute and thinking about how you voted for Hillary? And now want us to vote for Biden? And then come back and lecture us on “corruption”?

      And it makes sense that not bringing “firsthand witnesses” to the House impeachment where they belong, making the clearest case for the Senate to vote to impeach (where witnesses aren’t supposed to be called) is demunist “strategy”, right?

      Maybe read a bit about the US impeachment process: the Senate’s role is that of jury; they don’t call witnesses, they vote on the case brought by the House.

      As for your first hand knowledge witnesses.
      You did watch the House Democrats,while they developed their “case”?
      Congress is the Prosecution,Senate the jury.
      Why would you feel the jury should be doing the prosecutions job?
      Would you care to be tried by such a confusion?

  14. Bring it on! Call them all. All 18 Dem witnesses, including the buried Atkinson, for a actual grilling. Then Hunter, Ciaramella, Chalupa, Nellie Ohr and hubby, Glenn Simpson, Vintman’s brother, other leakers. At the end bring on Bolton, who will be the game ender, not changer.
    The New Jersey rally had over 150,000 requests for tickets to see Trump, with a high % being Democrats or people who didn’t vote in 2016. Witnesses will not hurt Trump but will throw Dems into further panic and chaos.
    Drain that swamp dry and then bring on the non-Dem Bernie Gulag Sanders for the Presidential debates.

  15. Second term will be interesting,President trump offered to let sleeping corruption lie,the Democrats replied by turning lose their bureaucratic minions,using the institutions to attack both president and those who support him.
    Total war,by fools and bandits.
    I expect to be richly entertained by the relentless and long overdue persecution of the “blind worms” gnawing at the foundations of the USA.
    The power elites believed they were untouchable and unstoppable,they have left Trump no choice.
    They must be crushed and seen to be crushed.
    A nation embracing rule of law,cannot have scum who are seen to be above the law.
    Traitors, advocating open borders, lecturing the voter about patriotism,oath breakers “interpreting the constitution” and unholy hypocrites dictating how you shall worship..
    Things that enrage the productive citizens.
    Guns for me,none for thee..from those who release and embrace violent criminals.

    And I sense President Trump is finally ready to let justice roll.
    Flynn will be the perfect person to oversee the CIA and FBI cleansing.

    I am watching Fox News. When they show a down-pan between the two “branches”. Legal teams, I see chaos on the Left… covered in disorganized paperwork, for show, propaganda.

    The Left hand side, dis-organized, disorderly, not purposeful. Visual cues would suggest an agenda of the facts.

    Now reverse left hand side to right re: down-pan. The truth is told.
