Biden was only trying to stop the White Flight that caught on big in the 60’s and was wiping out urban centers.
Look at today, White Flight is leaving whole states devoid of white middle class structure. Hello California, playground for the super rich white Liberal and their little brown “domestic servants”.

Obama’s HUD initiated a takeover of local zoning ordinances which would REQUIRE small suburban towns to build “their fair share” of high density housing. The Obama Admin. started a WAR on single family homes, a WAR on the economic barriers that keep poor blacks out of the suburbs. Obama wanted to shove poor blacks up the ass of the suburbs.
What the WORST US President failed to realize, is that all he would create is another wave of white flight to other locales.

Bussing was a massive failure with no impact on test scores. Everybody hated it and was opposed, white and black, rich and poor. Eventually it was abandoned. And now opposition to it is illegitimate?
I’m sure the ghetto kids loved being hauled into white schools where they could be shown off as the dumbest kids in class. I wonder if busing didn’t succeed in getting most of them to quit school?
