“Curing” morbid obesity is actually laughably simple. Staple the fat arse’s stomach. It’s very easy to lose weight if you can’t eat more than a teaspoon of yogurt at any given time.

And in a year he went from eating an egg as a meal back to eating a pizza as a snack. you can’t help those who don’t want it.
