According to a white pimp lawyer working for the inherited chiefs, the elected chiefs only have jurisdiction within the Indian Reserves and not their “traditional territories” (a huge chunk of land where they have purported to have wandered around during their recently interrupted stone age existence). The other thing that doesn’t make sense from the Rebel clip is that those US hysteria corps that funded them would not do so if all they wanted to do was shake down the pipeline proponent. Tides and their fellow hysteria ENGOs want the pipelines dragged out and killed by “process” not settling with Indians for cash.
Natives have fetal alcohol syndrome into adulthood then they become alcoholics and have to lie, cheat and steal to get their fix. Alcohol consumption in excess is the root of evil. It leads to abuse and violence.
These people need AA remediation. They need to learn about how to live properly with pride. They need to learn how to love, especially themselves, then they can learn to love others. Only then, will the cycle of this abuse come to an end.
