As I have already stated days ago, determining the validity of the yearbook entry is key. A quality lawyer without a political agenda would have done so before even presenting it as evidence. The fact that Allred is even associated with this is suspect enough for me.

And it is quite revealing that she did not accuse him of diddling their two older daughters who were both old enough (teen and pre-teen) to deny the charge … no … only the still infant daughter who could only point to the place on the doll where it was SUGGESTED by the court-ordered child psychologist that daddy touched her. And her ex was an elementary school teacher who immediately lost his job the minute these charges were told to the school principal. Her ex was also immediately made (by court order) to only have supervised visitation of his children. The case was eventually tossed out of court on lack of evidence, but the damage was done … she DESTROYED her ex. His teaching career was OVER. And it is relevant to note that I defended him despite the fact that his is a strident atheist who ridiculed my Christian faith. No. I am not making any of this up. This is an absolutely TRUE story. But I found my sister-in-laws charges all too convenient and vicious. It turns out I was right. And the sad part is that it ultimately destroyed the life of their youngest daughter, who has struggled with the damage she (unwittingly) inflicted upon her Dad (who she loves). She hates her mother and has many psychological problems. Turns out her mother was the REAL child abuser.
And I learned that sudden claims of child abuse is standard operating procedure in divorce and child custody cases. It is used as a NUCLEAR weapon against men. And just like a NUCLEAR weapon … the fallout lingers for multiple lifetimes.
Absolutely ! Get the FOIA paperwork submitted post-haste. We taxpayers need to put an immediate STOP to this.
